I personally attended Grey Kangaroo upon your departure and did not find any smell or excessive amount of dog hair after you and your pet left the property. We’re pleased to hear that you found the property well-equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. We appreciate your comments regarding the outdoor areas. Due to high winds in the region, dust and debris can accumulate quickly, but we will continue to monitor and maintain these areas as best as possible. We also acknowledge the issue with the hose nozzle and will ensure it is addressed for future guests. Regarding the air conditioning, we understand how important it is to stay comfortable during warm weather. We did not receive your email until Monday morning, but once contacted you we were pleased to hear you were able to resolve the issue. For any urgent issues in the future, we encourage guests to use the after-hours contact numbers provided to receive prompt assistance. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay.

Hi Eugene, I agree Grey Kangaroo has lovely views over our beautiful Lake. On your departure our cleaning team advised the fridge was not working at it has now been replaced. For any future stays please contact us with any issues during the stay so that we can rectify. The Team at JAC

We do have a new sliding door on order which will help our guests access the back deck more easily. Grey Kangaroo is a hidden gem and we love visiting this property.
