The apartment is exactly as described, with plenty of space and separate bedrooms for privacy. Pool and ocean access were great, and it’s awesome to have chairs and towels provided. We had a very minor issue and Ritta addressed it immediately, she’s nearby and very responsive. Overall a great stay!

I booked this condo because of the hotel style of property that it appeared to be on the site.The condo itself is awesome, really two in one.The hotel style amenities are fantastic, drink, food, pool, beach access, all wonderful. Finally, we met Rita in person when she knocked on our door to let us know that maintenance was repairing an air conditioner leak outside of our door that we did not know about. My husband and I stayed here with our two toddlers on vacation, and we cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! Ritta's place is so spacious and accommodating, while also being safe and kid friendly for our little guys. It was extremely clean and provided everything we needed, as well a beautiful crib, set up for our littlest one. The resort itself is beautiful, with the beach and pool so conveniently located and easy to access. The pool is fun with a walk up bar/restaurant, and the beach has two sections for chairs/towels (which are provided) and beach toys for kids. Staff was very friendly. It really had everything you could ask for for a small kids-friendly family vacation, that also can cater to adults as well. We will definitely be visiting Ritta's place again!

Wonderful!

This was an amazing place. Right in the center of desired destinations but yet somewhat secluded. Staff was wonderful and the huge beach was great.

Miami getaway

Great location proximity to everything, easy to communicate to owner always available and very helpful. Plenty of room it was 4 of us it potentially could accommodate more people. Overall loved it. Thank you!

Wonderful Apartment - highly Recommend it!

From start to finish, everything was a wonderful experience. Ritta was great to work with. what a treat to be greeted with champagne upon arrival. the hotel staff could not be nicer. everyone was so friendly and ready to do anything to make our enjoyable. the apartment setup was ideal for two couples, there was enough space for everyone to have privacy and yet be together. the pool was not the biggest I have seen, and does not get much sun, but why would you want to be at the pool when you have the beautiful ocean and great beach only feet away? the beach crew was great and very attentive. i will definitely look to rebook on my next trip.

There is a huge construction going on the adjacent lot which created unbearable noise issues. This was not disclosed in the listing/advertisement.

Great 2 bedroom hotel condo in sunny isles

Great hotel in the best location (across from a few shopping centers) with so many food options. Rooms did need a little touch ups in the bathrooms or with the carpet but overall it was good. It’s actually 2 separate units connecting with a private hallway (a studio with full bath & private balcony/ocean view & a 1 bedroom with kitchen and 2 full baths with big wrap around balcony with both city&ocean view). The couch’s pull-up bed in the living room was very comfortable. We left both doors open all the time to use it as 1 unit. Only thing, the pool & pool area is not very big but reasonable compare to all the hotels & condos on this strip. The host was great with quick responses. Will consider this place again.

Marenas Beach Resort

We visited Sunny Isles March 2nd through March 16th. Our previous host in Ft. Lauderdale canceled our stay February 28th, not leaving us much time to find another place during spring break. We definitely upgraded. The condo was spacious for the four of us. My only complaint would be that there are no pot holders or kitchen towels, but we made do. The highlight of the resort are the people working the beach, providing chairs, towels, and umbrellas. They are a very hardworking group of individuals that always provided their service with a smile. There was a downside, although no fault of the resort. Construction next door. It started at 7am and did not stop until 6pm. IT IS LOUD. The noise on the beach is not as loud, but on the balcony, it was deafening. We had to yell to talk to each other. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the balcony, however. It sure beats cold and dreary Ohio. I definitely would recommend this resort.

Not as advertised !!!!

If you are looking for a motel 6 vibe with a Mariott price tag , then this place is for you . I realize that most of the 5 star reviews were from over a year ago. Ritta was very nice and always available , can't really blame her. She owns 5 properties in the building but I'm sure she doesn't visit them . We were a family of five staying at this property for 10 nights . Toilet in one of the bathrooms did not work , bathtub was clogged in the other bathroom , no cable on one of the televisions , carpets were dirty , ripped and outdated . 3 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5 for 10 days , 2 rolls of paper towels , no dish towels , no laundry basket , broken chairs on the balcony . Toilet was fixed , the other issues were not . Location is very good , we didn't really communicate with front desk , valet service was very good and beach service did not speak any English . We will definitely not stay here again !!! We have pictures and videos to document everything.

Marenas Resort Room 807

My husband and I stayed at Marenas with our 2 and 6 year olds in February. Ritta was always responsive to our questions and accommodating to us when we arrived 2 hours early to check in and the room was ready. We really appreciated that with two children in tow. The room was clean. The kitchen had all we needed to cook when we wanted. Everything worked ok with exception of the hot water. My husband assumes they have an in-line water heater as the water goes from cold to warm and never gets and stays hot. If you appreciate hot showers, you may not like this. We were surprised with our view when we got to our room. It was not oceanfront and more of a side view of a building site and front street view with loud traffic. Our bad for not clarifying before booking. We assumed it was oceanfront because the listing states “oceanfront building”. Just be aware of your view before you book. We would have happily paid more to have an oceanfront view, those units looked amazing. Resort Pros: the food at the on-site restaurant is good and high quality with fast room service. The staff is all very friendly. Our 2bed/3 bath room had a nice setup for a family, kitchen is nice to have if you enjoy cooking. Towel service is nice. The ocean is beautiful and clear. Resort Cons: the pool is WAY too small for this size of resort and after 1:00 pm the sun is totally blocked from the beach/pool area due to the hotel towers. If you want to enjoy the warmth of the sun in the afternoon, you have to move to the beach area next door where the construction site is and no tall building yet.

Amazing Stay

Thank you Rita!! Our stay here for labor day weekend was great. The apartment is very modern, clean and spacious. The view is beautiful, overlooking the city as well as the beach. Rita is very hospitable and provided good service as well as communication. We recommend it 100%.

Beautiful resort Beautiful Beach and Bay views

Beautiful resort 2 bedroom, with beach and bay views, clean, comfortable, 2nd room very private, kitchen, washer, dryer. 20 minutes from Miami, however no need to rent a vehicle.
