First time in Tahoe

Great week in Tahoe…loved being on the mountain. The town was busy with July 4th, so being up on the mountain was a great change from being in town. The condo was clean and perfect for our little group. Everything we needed, and a beautiful of the lake and surrounding mountains. Exactly as described and attentive to our contacts and questions. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Loved it!

We stayed at this property in June 2019 and really enjoyed our 5 day stay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for preparing your meals, water pressure in the shower was good, and balcony was a nice bonus.

Amazing vacation getaway

Wonder spacious vacation condo with spectacular view. It was everything shown and more. Very clean and well kept. Our family felt home away from home and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was perfect. Close to the ski lifts and a close drive to the casinos and shopping! Highly recommended.

The property was centrally located close to all the sights. View from balcony breathtaking

Coming from Washington state and Texas the condo was just what old friends wanted. The owner was our own personal guide to the area. She responded to any and all text messages almost instantly. She made our stay very pleasant.

Overall, we had an okay stay, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.The view was absolutely beautiful and was one of the best parts of the property. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which we appreciated.However, the condo was smaller than we expected from the listing. It also wasn’t as clean as we had hoped—we noticed cobwebs, some lights didn’t work, and the toaster was broken. There were also quite a few personal belongings left throughout the home, which limited the available closet and storage space for guests.The second guest bedroom was especially cramped, making it difficult to move around or store luggage comfortably.Our biggest concern was when the property lost electricity. We contacted the host immediately, but it took several hours to receive a response. Better communication during an issue like that would have made a significant difference.We were also disappointed with the pool situation. The listing advertised that construction would be completed by Summer 2026, but it wasn’t clear that the pool would still be unavailable during our stay. We weren’t notified that construction would not be finished until about a week before our arrival—well after the cancellation window had passed. Had we known sooner, we would have appreciated the opportunity to reconsider our reservation.Overall, the property has a fantastic view and a well-stocked kitchen, but improvements needed.

Great Condo!

This condo was great for my trip to Tahoe. Incredible views and perfect location. I was able to ski down to the Boulder lift at Heavenly so one of my friends could have our car for the day. Wonderful set-up made for an overall amazing experience for our week-long stay. The bottom bedroom and kitchen had a little bit of tight quarters but that didn't have an effect on our opinion of this place.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The property was disappointing on 2 aspects. The fireplace was not functioning and the pool/hot tub were unavailable due to construction. We booked this location in part because of the pool/ hot tub and were very disappointed to learn on day 1 that they would not be available the entirety of our stay.

Beautiful view! The fireplace was broken. I was very disappointed I was not informed about it being broken. Part of the reason I chose to stay here was the fireplace. Lake Tahoe area is fabulous to visit.

Great location. Unfortunately the fire place did not work and (maybe my fault) the "second bedroom was a loft area...Guess I assumed it would be a room with a door...

Lovely place. Clean and close (about a 12 min walk) to the Nevada Stagecoach base. The Heavenly shuttle will pick you up right outside the condo, however, which is really nice so you don't have to walk to the ski lifts. The views of Lake Tahoe are amazing from the balcony. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacay! My only feedback is that the spiral staircase is a bit slippery.

Great Christmas Stay!

We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out was easy. Overall, thanks for offering the place for a memorable family vacation.

Great Place! Icky Neighbors.

The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Would've been 5 stars but the neighbors in unit F are loud chainsmokers who smoke at all hours, so it was a little hard to enjoy the fabulous lake views and sunsets without getting a face full of secondhand smoke. They also had a few verbal arguments late at night and into the early morning that we were woken up by. We had a fabulous time otherwise, the place is amazing. Thank you!

Good but could be better

The property is as advertised except for the cleanliness. There was hair in the linens, pillows as well as the towels. There was a significant amount of dirt and food particles on the carpet and floor. Other than the cleanliness of the cabin, there were no other major issues. It is slightly older than as appears in the pictures but the updated bathrooms were greatly appreciated.

I’m truly sorry to hear you had a cleaning issue, I wish you should have told me and we would have send cleaning crew right away. We pride ourselves for customer services, but if not aware of the issue it is hard to solve. I’m shocked to hear that cleaning was an issue I’ll resolve right away and after talking with housekeeping, we wonder if this was retaliation for not letting you checkout late. .sometimes people don’t realize how a review can affect a place, the view, the location the beds, the fireplace, the kitchen, all those could be amazing but not mentioned, we wonder why people are hurtful like this, we are surprised if not communicated to us to make it right and correct, why post it.?. As you can see from previous posts the place has never had a cleaning issue !

View is a highlight

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets over the lake every day. The view is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped and laid out and everything is in working order. There are a few things that could use some sprucing up - some peeling paint in the bathroom, couple of bedroom drawers off hinges. But these things are minor. In the summer, the location is very convenient, but also secluded which we liked. Tranquil until the last evening when guests in an adjacent condo arrived and played loud music and we could hear their conversations over the music. That would have been a major problem if they had arrived sooner. I am glad to recommend this rental to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy this lovely nature setting.

Great views, tucked in

Nice spot to stay for the week. Great views. Close to the Stagecoach lift. Plenty of parking. Shuttle picks up right in front of the condo (parking lot). Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and disposable items like papertowels, soap, etc. Kitchen fully furnished. Beds comfortable. The condo is a one bedroom plus loft. The loft is open, so who ever is up there can hear everything and see lights flip off and on. Stairwell to the loft is in a bad location. It jutts out in the middle of the entrance. We smacked our heads several times. Bedroom with bunkbeds is very tight and hard to move around. Hot tub and pool are down the road and not very convenient. Especially with all the snow. No sidewalks.

Amazing view, but…

The location is great, near Heavenly, and the view from the deck and living room is beautiful, you can see the lake through the trees, and you can catch the sunset. That's the good. The bad is that there are parts of the floor that is uneven where the tile is lifting up. The cabinets are falling apart in some places. The first night we were there the kitchen sink leaked, a good amount. The manager did come out right away and fix the leak. The high speed internet was anything but high speed. We tried to stream a NFL playing game and we were in buffering hell. The fireplace didn't work. I don't think it is somewhere that I would stay again. The best thing about it was the view and the manager, who was very helpful.

GREAT VIEW!

Phenomenal view of the lake/mountains & nightly sunset. Something you’ll never forget!! Inside of the house is deceivingly small (1 open bedroom loft, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds, and kitchen/dining/living room all essentially 1 space. Updated decor was nice, beds were great…but cleanliness was pretty underwhelming (hair everywhere, bathrooms dirty, bath tubs gross/bath curtains moldy). Figuratively a very hot and cold house (literal = no issues) - quiet area at the top of the mountain and a great place for a **SMALL** family. Not terrible for the price, but probably expected a bit more refinement and certainly a lot more cleanliness. Large clock fell off the wall due to what was probably a rowdy neighbor (I believe it is a rental as well), but host was EXTREMELY gracious and understanding in taking care of it. Overall, a 7/10, but could have EASILY been a 9/10 if cleanliness standards didn’t give you the heebie-jeebies sometimes.

No follow up on issues

We stayed for 1 week and after 1 day of checking in We reached out by text and phone to the luxe number provided. I Was told someone named Julio would be contacting us. No one ever called or text. No one from you office call to see if our issues were resolved either. We had Tv issues and it wasn't the internet. TV keeps loosing sound and connection .Could not use the fireplace at all. Control not working or gas was off with no tool to turn it on. Mainly disappointed that you didn't care enough to keep back.
