Bog til Fall Break! Bedøvelse hjem midt i det hele med privat pool og gratis golfvogn!

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear you thought the home was amazing and that you had a great vacation overall. We do apologize for the inconvenience with the oven during your stay. A replacement part had to be ordered, which unfortunately took a few days to arrive, but the oven has since been repaired and is fully operational. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the A/C. The home actually has a new air-conditioning system, and we do not allow the thermostat to be set below 70 degrees. This helps protect the system from freezing up, particularly during the hot and humid summer months, which could leave the home without A/C altogether. We appreciate you staying with us and are happy that, despite these inconveniences, you had a great vacation. We’d love to welcome you back to the Emerald Coast!

Thank you so much for the awesome review! We are thrilled to hear the home exceeded your expectations and had everything you needed for a great stay. The walk to the beach can definitely feel a little longer when hauling all the beach gear, so we are glad the golf cart helped make those trips easier. We also appreciate the kind words about Bart and the quick golf cart replacement. We know vacation time is valuable, so we always try to jump on issues fast and keep the fun going. Sounds like you got to enjoy both a beautiful home and one of the best neighborhoods in Destin — hard combo to beat! We would absolutely love to host you again for another beach trip soon.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you had such an amazing vacation and that the house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. That’s exactly what we love to hear! We’d be honored to host you again anytime you’re ready for another getaway! ☀️🏖️ —Gulf Tide Vacations Team

Hi Amanda, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear you were unable to relax because of violations. You speak of a list for replacement items such as glassware etc...we are not sure where this is inside the home or in any of our documentation. We understand accidents happen and expect general wear and tear. We do provide a cost list of linen replacement if stained or damaged by using towels to remove makeup or for beach purposes, we do that to be transparent as to what cost to expect. The majority of rules are standard no matter where you stay, some are property or neighborhood specific. We want every guest to have a great time and relax while also taking care of our properties, amenities, and being a good neighbor. If there was concern about any rule or issued during your stay we would have loved to have cleared up any concern that you may have had. We hope to see you again soon! Thanks, Gulf Tide Vacations

Dear Ali, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our stunning property. We are delighted to hear that your stay exceeded your expectations and that it was a perfect fit for your group of 8, including 4 kids. Your kind words and feedback mean a lot to us. We're thrilled that you found our property's location to be fantastic, making it convenient for you to access the beautiful white sandy beaches with ease. We understand the importance of stress-free beach access, and we're glad you enjoyed the short walk or golf cart ride. The mention of the pool being clean and well-maintained is also greatly appreciated. We take pride in providing a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. Your note about the pool and beach toys is insightful and will be helpful for future guests to know. We're pleased that the availability of such items added to your overall enjoyment of the property. Our team works hard to ensure that the interior and exterior of the home are well-maintained and beautifully decorated to create a memorable atmosphere. Your comments on the tasteful decor and amenities are music to our ears. The outdoor patio and grill area is indeed a fantastic spot to enjoy the Florida weather and create wonderful memories with loved ones. We are truly grateful for your recommendation and for choosing Gulf Tide Vacations for your stay in Destin. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future and continuing to provide exceptional experiences for you and your family. If you have any further feedback or if there's anything specific you'd like to see improved in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Gulf Tide Vacations Team

Hi Christopher, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we are sorry to hear of the issues your shared, and honestly it's the first we have heard about any of these issues. We were aware of the outdoor vent hood and have a part ordered so that it can be properly turned off. As for the other issues, had you contacted us we would have gladly resolved them quickly. You stated we do not have an app for check in, we do have a guest portal for check in process. You did report the toilet seat the day before check out but stated not to fix until after you checked out, the seat was not broken prior to check-in. We work very hard to give our guest positive experiences, and had we known of these issues would have resolved them quickly. We hope these feelings are the result of being asked to remove political signage. Again, we thank you for sharing your experience but wish you would have allowed us to resolve any issues you had during your stay. Gulf Tide Vacations

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, the pool, and that our team was able to help make your stay a great one. We did want to clarify one point for future guests—the home does not have carpet. It features area rugs, which are professionally cleaned every three months and had actually been cleaned the week before your arrival. We also appreciate you mentioning the outdoor furniture. Being at the beach, outdoor furniture can quickly show signs of use from salt air, pollen, sunscreen, tanning oils, and wet swimsuits. Even with regular cleaning between guests, those elements can leave residue, so we'll have our team give it some extra attention. Thank you again for staying with Gulf Tide Vacations. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway soon!

Markesha, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We are thrilled you enjoyed the home and look forward to seeing you again soon! Thanks, Gulf Tide Vacations
