Hi Katherine, thank you for taking time to leave a review. Yes the short term rental rules on the lake for every short term rental are very specific to no more than three vehicles per Property. This has actually been the case now for several years. Also the night sound curfew rules are very clear and have been the same for over a decade for everyone whether it is a short-term rental or those who have their permanent residence on the lake. Even people staying at the public campground have to abide by the sound curfew. This definitely is appreciated by all of the neighbors on the lake everywhere to keep people from partying and keeping a whole neighborhood up all night. The rules are definitely available to people even before booking so if not reading everything it is easy to see how that slipped past you but we are glad you had a good time anyway and hopefully you made a lot of great memories! - John & Sally

Hi Mary, Great to hear from you and we are glad you had a fun vacation at the lake! You are the first to ever use the driveway to play pickle ball as we had never really thought of using it for that. It definitely worked bringing your own net and especially since you only had one vehicle you could put it in the carport and left you plenty of room so that was great! The Township does have a couple of Pickleball courts and tennis courts close by but being able to walk out the door and play is a really cool option! We originally put in enough parking for seven vehicles at the house just so when we were there with our six kids we could all park there if everyone had their own car but as a short term rental the township only allows three cars and there is a bunch of extra room so that is good to see it used!
