Nice..great ocean view though being top floor balcony had no cover...minor issuewith toilet had to remove tank lid to flush

First thing first, make it very clear what you will charge guests for not returning the entry bands for the property. You should provide bands that actually close as well, keeping up with them is a hassle. This visit both bands could not be worn. Second, for the sake of convenience for your guests- the John Wayne TP and paper towels are thin enough to read the New York Times through, and the poker chip soap is laughably unusable. Understandably owners are not providing a week's worth of paper consumables but for the price guests would appreciate little things like not having to run right out and buy proper soap and paper products. The property is nice and in a great location.

We had a great stay here for a long weekend. Location was perfect - so easy to walk to everything, and the parking spot made it so easy to get on and off the island. Being on the top floor was a plus for watching the sky at night - there's no roof above this section of deck - it felt very open. Property was well maintained - you need to remember to carry your fob to get in /out of secure doors and gates. We only used the pool once, but there were plenty of chairs, and it was clean.

The location was excellent. Main complaint was the maintenance guy with the leaf blower at 730am on multiple days . The master bath needs updating. Need better blinds in the second bedroom to block out the light. For cleanliness: the clean dishes were dirty, Master bath shower needs a new curtain, There was an old bar of soap sitting in the shower when we arrived, microwave plate does not spin. Minor tweaks would make this an awesome place. We still had a great time thank you.

Girls wkd

Very impressed with view of intercoastal waterway and beachfront. Perfect place to stay. Bathroom toilets hard to flush and Toilet handles needed work.

Beautiful view

I was looking for a place that had ocean views, as I knew with my baby waking up earlier than the family this would be a great time to hangout with her and just relax to the rising sun, ocean breeze and sounds. This place did not fail .

Great Condo in the heart of Wrightsville Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect and exactly as described. Within walking distance to lots of amenities. Would absolutely stay here again. Convenient location, lovely view, nice living room features. Cleanliness could be improved. Bedding in 2nd bedroom smelled a bit musty, coffee spills on floor and kitchen counter were not cleaned up.Other things: light bulbs in 2nd bedroom were too dim to read by, kitchen items seemed rather miscellaneous, loosely organized. Still, we loved our visit. Thanks to our hosts.

This condo was prefect - exactly as it is listed. Amazing views from living room and bedroom. Clean. Easy parking. No issues at all.

Nice location. Great beach.

Unit was nice but dated. Needed better markings on the unit's front door. Was not clear when we arrived. Property had a roach issue. Nice new parking lot.

I don't see any record of a pest control report so for next time, know our maintenance is available 24/7 to address any issues that may arise during your stay. Oceanfront wins

The location of this property is what makes it worth it. Right on the beach, and on the top floor so the balcony is open air above as well. Beautiful for watching the stars at night. The condo itself was mediocre. Surfaces and such were clean but it overall felt dingy and outdated. In need of a major upgrade, especially the master bathroom.

Great location, impeccably clean

Overall we loved our stay!!! The place was in a greatttt location. Immediately ocean front. Beautiful views. Very short walk to a great coffee shop and ice cream. Check-in was a little bit of a maze to navigate (you have to stop at two separate places to pick up various keys and parking passes before going to another location to drop off your luggage). Keys are REALLY STICKY for getting back into property from the beach. But the unit itself was immaculate. We loved our stay.

Just about perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The views were impeccable and priceless. We will definitely rent again. The dishwasher did not work, and the vanity light in the master bathroom lit up every fourth or fifth switch. Small issues, honestly; that said, it would be good to have responsive versus automated communication from the rental agency for any concerns, per prior reviews.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Unit was nice. Complex was dated. There were no rugs on the floor which were needed. Lighting was dim. Unit could have used a ceiling fan. View was wonderful. We rented linens and were only given one set for each person for 4 days that was not enough.

Hey Mark - we are glad you enjoyed the stay for the most part. We are sorry you felt the station one complex was dated for your liking and that you could use more lighting. We will see if the owner is willing to add some more lamps as adding ceiling fans/lights is a bit more restrictive with the HOA. We offer the basic linen package for rental, but you can always add extras if you would rather not launder them during your stay with the facilities on site - perhaps that will be a better option next time. Regardless, it seems like overall you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful view, great location and nice rental. Maintenance was working on the roof when we arrived. They did not thoroughly clean up the balcony so we had to sweep it otherwise we would not have been able to use it. Also the floors got very dirty, we had to clean off our feet before getting into bed. I would recommend to the owners they get an area rug for the living room and put smaller rugs by the sides of the bed to help. For the price they need to finish their renovation. It’s half complete and disappoints being a high rise in Wrightsville.

Would Not Recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only two positives of our stay was the property's location (very convenient and great beach access) & the check-in/out process was seamless. With that being said, everything else really disappointed us. We come every year to Wrightsville Beach for vacation, but this time we were getting married. We thought we booked an amazing place but it was honestly terrible. We have a toddler, the sliding doors to balcony did not lock. We had to go out and purchase a safety lock because of this. Huge safety issue here. Additionally, neither toilet would flush. We had to fill each toilet with water from the sink to get them to flush. The floors were so dirty, we had to use socks or flip flops or our feet would be black. My wife ended up deep cleaning the entire place including cleaning the floors which took forever. During the get-ready process, my wife had to go down to another unit our family stayed in to put on her dress due to how dirty the floors were. There were also stains all over the couch.We are not the type to complain, we are just super disappointed in our stay and experience here. What was supposed to be a magical time was filled with stress and sadness for where we decided to stay for a week. We booked from Sunday to Sunday, and actually ended up leaving on Friday because we could not stay another night. Long review, but if you have children, defer to another place. This condo is just a lawsuit waiting to happen- with no working lock, on the 8th floor, and largely spaced railing that a toddler could easily slip through. Unfortunately, I do not recommend High Seas to anyone.

I see the notes where you notified us of the issues after your checkout. We would've loved the opportunity to remedy all these issues for you, had we been made aware shortly after you arrival. We could have sent a housekeeper to clean, and could've sent a maintenance technician out about the door and toilets. The building looks nice when you drive up and landscaping is nice. The living room area was ok but the kitchen was really tight. The unit has a good view of ocean directly in front of room, not much side to side. There was 1 decent chair on the balcony but the other 15 plastic chairs were not very comfortable and blew all around the balcony. The ocean side bedroom was ok. The second bedroom has 2 small twin beds that are so tight you can't even open the drawers in the dresser because the bed is up against it. The worst thing is there are 2 more folded up beds in the 2nd bedroom closets along with all their bedding stuffed in there too, There was not any room for even our suitcases in closet and only enough room to hang about 10 hangers. I guess people put those extra beds in the living if using them, didn't work for us. Overall the place was not worth the high price.The beach in front of condo gets a lot of people walking in from street and is very crowded. Luckily we had a good time visiting friends house every day.
