Unique setting, private, peaceful and comfortable.

I like this place. Our unit was on the quiet side of the complex with a large water view and a small private beach. The pool is very nice and there are lounge chairs along the beach for guests. Our unit was clean and comfortable. A little dated and a few small issues but pretty typical for a Florida condo. Traffic was a minor annoyance due to construction buut that is almost over I think. The staff was very responsive and personable. A nice stay.

Nice Unit

This was a nice looking unit in an older building. Sadly the weather didn't cooperate (46 degree high on one day with the winter storm). Heater worked however!!Very comfortable for 2 or likely even 4 adults. 2nd floor, so you could take the stairs or elivator. Kitchen not particularly well equiped, but otherwise very nice.

Great View!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo has a magnificent view of the Gulf. The location is minutes from Sanibel where there are wonderful beaches and restaurants. Hurricane Ian had a disastrous impact on the area but things are starting to come back.

We love this property.....

As soon as we arrived, the property was very clean, very peaceful, and very Tranquil. Definitely was beyond our expectations. Will definitely come back. One of our favorites..

Great View, that is all...

We were so excited for this vacation. Check in process was easy, view was definitely great and the apartment on first look seemed like it would be great. Unfortunately, for our family it wasn't a fit and we won't be back. One of the things we were really looking forward to was using the hot tub in the evenings and mornings (we tend to spend the days at the beach or adventuring) it was closed during those times! There were tiny bugs all over the condo so we had to be vigilant about keeping even a cracker on a plate put away if you weren't actively eating.. There were no and I mean NO condiments etc available which for us was new. We have used many VRBO properties and always had some assortment of things that were available for use. It was even to the point there was only ONE trash bag. Don't try to dry things it's an all day process and the dishwasher does not clean. Master Bedroom was hot to sleep in and we thought no problem there are two fans in the closet, neither work! As far as management communication, they did respond but they were snotty and not kind. Kind of threw a fit about me talking to them about the bugs and asking for trashbags. She sent someone to leave some who lied and said there were already bags there. Nope, there weren't and you arguing with me instead of just offering bags kindly made quite the difference with our feeling of being at home there. In all, I would say yes the view is great, the beach is very short so don't plan on walking the beach and don't plan on using the hotel next door for exercise we tried that multiple days and they were never available. If you don't want to cook a lot and don't want access to hot tub in the mornings and evenings it was fine.

The condo was very clean and the decor was perfect. The location is great also. Being able to access The Marriot pool is a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!!

Anniversary trip

Lovely two weeks at Sanibel Harbor Towers! Our condo/accommodations were amazing! Enjoyed everything about it! The pool was also amazing! There were several days we had it all to ourselves. We celebrated our anniversary at Terra Nostra Ristorante. Food, service and atmosphere was delightful. Our time visiting Ft Myers was very enjoyable and we will have wonderful memories!

Such a beautiful view!

Condo was comfortable. Lanai had expansive views, perfect for morning coffee. Easy access and free parking. Lovely.

Beautiful and Quiet

Our stay was exactly what we werre looking for, relaxing and beautiful with amenties. The location is great if that is what you are looking for in a vacation. The private beach was not crowded and the pool was big. The hot tub is not working but that was not a big deal to us. The views are stunning and the sunset was priceless, we will be back!

Great location

Condo is an end unit in a very quiet spot. Only on the 2nd floor, which we loved. The water is about 30 ft from the lanai. So relaxing to sit there and hear the gentle waves and watch for dolphins and manatees. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because hurricane Helene had just come through and caused some problems, but it looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Great condo with a view of the intercostal!

Nice place to stay with a big pool and a beach (with shady areas) right there! It’s a comfortable condo close to Sanibel. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! The lanai is screened with a two sided lovely view. The decor is a little dated but didn’t detract from enjoying our visit!

Overall fine

Love the location and the dolphins that swim by daily! Very quiet and peaceful spot. Only noise are the repairs going on after hurricane Ian. Because the condo is on the north side of the building, the floors were cold. An area rug in the living room and a couple rugs by the master bed would be really great!

Great stay in Sanibel harbor

Even though the region is still suffering from hurricane Ian, we had a fabulous time! It was a low-key, relaxing vacation. We loved the little beach outside the condo. And Marriott has replaced all of their vegetation, so it is beautiful. I think VRBO put the star for the location in a goofy spot. Just note this is on the other side of the causeway from Sanabel island. Beautiful place! We would stay here again!

A beautiful place to get away from it all.

This condo is something special. The view of the water is spectacular. We felt as if we were on an island by ourselves as we had a corner unit with a spectacular view. We had such a wonderful time. We were close enough to it all but still in a peaceful setting. Ownwer is quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. Thank you!

6 Nights at Harbour Tower

Had a few issues, management did good job resolving. 2 nd floor left corner on right side blocked by trees. The rest of the view was great. Recommend third floor or above. Would have preferred a separate table vs an extended counter seating. Found the dining chairs uncomfortable. No venting in second bathroom. Chairs in bedrooms would are recommended. Beds are high and using the to sit on to get dressed was awkward. Still all and all a good stay.

Nice location condo over priced

Some things that should be pointed out. Ice maker did not dispense. No hot water in shower. Master sink does not drain. Very cheap bed sheets and very cheap pillows. Other than that nice location. Also possible bugs from somewhere we stayed in just the condo and had bites all over arms and legs.

Wonderful getaway

Beautiful quiet and relaxing. Spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the boats go by and the on shore breezes. Perfect place to retreat from life for a few nights.

I have been an owner at Sanibel Harbour for over 10 years. This condo is our newest of the 6 condos which we own at Sanibel Harbour.

Originally from Long Island, I have live in England for over 20 years. Although we enjoy our family vacation home in Italy, we consider Sanibel Harbour our home away from home.

We stumbled upon Sanibel Harbour when our children were toddlers. We simply feel in love with the location, views, amenities...of The Resort and soon purchased our first condo here.
We have always returned for family holidays and vacations and love the area more and more with each visit.
