Et af de få boliger på øerne, der er poppevenner, vores hjem har et indhegnet område langs den skyggefulde side af huset for at lade din pelsskat nyde det udendørs, mens du siger trygt og sikkert! Dette hjem er ultra moderne, men alligevel super hyggeligt, et sandt hjem væk fra hjemmet i en førsteklasses beliggenhed. Dette hjem er faktisk IN THE ISLES, med en 6 minutters gang til Fisherman's Village, en unik havnefront destination som omfatter specialbutikker, 7 restauranter, et militærarv museum og en 98-slip marina. Du kan også reservere flere forskellige bådture fra Fisherman's Village.
Der er en hundepark (Hounds on Henry Street) på hjørnet af vores vej bogstaveligt talt 9 huse op fra vores, der adskiller de store racer fra de små til lidt motion eller socialisering. Vores centrale beliggenhed gør det muligt at få adgang til et netværk af mere end 18 miles af asfalterede stier med fantastisk udsigt hurtigt og nemt til din cykel- eller vandoplevelse. Vores førsteklasses beliggenhed vil også give dig mulighed for at gå gennem den maleriske og historiske del af byen inden for 15 minutter eller til pickle ball domstolene. We loved the location! It was close to the dog park and Fishermans Village. The walking paths are perfect for morning runs or daily walks. The heated pool was enjoyed every single day. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Punts Gorda vacation

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Christine was very attentive. Perfect spot to stay as it was close to everything. The house had everything we could have needed. Would love to stay again!!

Fantastic place to stay

The home is spacious and comfortable, in a great location that allowed us to walk to several restaurants and shops. There is a spacious lanai featuring a stunning pool. The host is highly responsive and welcoming.We will definitely return.

We loved the warm pool. Patio area was great. We liked the privacy doors as our girls are adults and need their privacy. The layout was perfect.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of this property was great. The heated pool was wonderful. The home was roomy and comfortable. We loved the lanai and canal. All in all, a perfect month in Paradise. The hosts were so friendly and nice to work with.

Excellent -- nice home, neighborhood and amenities. Convenient for our dogs with dog run. Enjoyed the pool. Great location near Fisherman's Village and local restaurants and activities. Will try to come again.

Ninth trip to the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area!

Beautiful property, neighborhood and location! Nice dog park nearby. Short bike ride to downtown Punta Gorda. Bikes are in excellent condition. The area has many fine restaurants and often there is music and outside dining.

Fantastic stay

Christine was a wonderful host and very attentive to any questions I had. I loved my stay and so did my dogs. The house is very big and the lanai and side yard for my dogs were perfect. I can’t really say that there was anything wrong here.

Winter Paradise

This home was perfect for our winter getaway in Florida. The home had everything we needed. The pool was bigger and deeper than most pools I have seen and the lanai was spacious with comfortable furniture. The location was ideal - walking distance to Fishermen’s Village. The owner was wonderful to work with.

Perfect Punta Gorda location

This was a perfect location for us in Punta Gorda. Our lab loved the proximity to the dog park and great walking paths to fisherman's village and the Harbor walk. We especially loved our time in and around the large warm pool. Christine & Paul were great hosts! They checked in often and were quick to address concerns. We would happily stay again.

We enjoyed having your family and fur baby as our guests and are so thankful for your patience as we continued to move through the issues of repair and replacement of mechanical things that both the hurricane and the previous guest caused the house. We are now the proud owners of a new dishwasher, doorbell and garage door opener as well as fabulous knowledge regarding how to catch the elusive sheepshead fish from our dock (not sure if I am going to participate in the crab catching sessions needed to do so, but Paul is very happy to have learned!) One of the most amazing things I wish I could review you as a guest on is the fact that it was 100% pet hair free upon your departure! We appreciate your taking the upmost care of our home while staying and are so happy to have had you! We hope you will come back sometime!

Beautiful getaway!!

The property is more beautiful than pictures and was spotless when we arrived! The location is perfect to walk or drive to fisherman’s village (we ate there almost every night at a new restaurant!) We spent so much time on the dock at the house catching all sorts of fish! Christine was also an amazing host and had a detailed book to help you get to know the area and things to do around punta gorda! We can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect getaway for our family vacation

Christine (owner) was responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions prior to the trip as well as during. Very accommodating! The property location was perfect for us along with the layout of the home. Loved being able to sit outside and watch the boats periodically go by. The sliding window by the kitchen sink that opened up to the pool area was very convenient in refilling peoples glasses. :-) A very relaxing and memorable trip for our family!

Lovely Home near Fishermans Village

Kristina runs a topnotch VRBO home. Kristina was always available for questions and asked if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for an easy walk to Fisherman's Village. We spent every night enjoying the Lanai while relaxing over looking the pool and canal. The two living rooms, two bathrooms gave us (two couples) plenty of space. We definitely recommend staying at this home while in the Punta Gorda.

On the water

Stayed here to be close to my brother and because I wanted a safe quiet place for my 7lb puppers! House had everything we needed. She even put a Christmas tree up! It was such a lovely touch. Warmed my heart when I walked in. Might stay again next year and will bring my sister. Book this place!

We loved staying in this beautiful home and miss being there. The home is very comfortable and has little touches in each room that make it a special place to stay. The pool is super clean and warm. We went swimming almost every day. The home is located on a very quiet and upscale street. Many of the restaurants and parks are within walking distance. Wonderful Home Away From Home

This property was perfect for us! The house was well equipped with everything you need from hair dryer to pool towels to kitchen ware. The beds were super comfortable! The large pool provided so much entertainment and relaxation. I loved the dog run on the side of the house, as well as the dog park right around the corner. The location is perfect; we walked to Fisherman’s Village and was just a short ride by boat to open water. I will definitely rent here again! Christine is super easy to work with! This is a 5 star!

Exceptional rental

We loved our stay at Christine’s lovely VRBO in Punta Gorda. Location and neighborhood are excellent with Fisherman’s Village a short walk away. This home is the cleanest rental we have stayed in! Also very well equipped, used the Ninja blender to mix Pina coladas and margaritas while listening to Jimmy Buffet on the day he passed. Sad day. We only used the main BR and the bed was quite comfy while the attached master bath was convenient. We used the pool daily and enjoyed relaxing in the chaises afterward. Spoke with Christine when we arrived and she walked us through a couple things. Needed to text her about 2 very minor questions and she responded quickly. Would highly recommend this lovey rental. Also is pet friendly and our dog enjoyed her stay as well!!

We do the reverse and stay in Naples for our staycations, so it was really nice to host someone from one of our favorite, local towns for a change of pace!!! I am so glad the storm season did not interfere with your plans. Ahhhh, the ninja blender went to VERY good use which makes me happy! Most people don't make use of it and once, someone put it in the dishwasher and melted it (can you believe the pitcher is not dishwasher safe for such a cool machine?) so I replaced it wondering if anyone would really use it so good good good!!!!

Wonderful! Great neighborhood and owners, large pool.

Property was great, the pool is very large for the homes in the area, and very enjoyable for having four people in at once. I rented my own boat for the week (23 foot center console), and was able to get out to the harbor every day. Tide looked very low on the day I left though! The house is set up great for any cooking and entertaining you can think of. Owners were quick to respond to any question I had, check in/out was easy, we actually were able to check in early! The owners also had the outdoor grill replaced on our day of arrival, so they are always thinking of keeping the property in working order and as advertised. Overall great experience. Will come at least a month later next time to improve the boating and fishing though, windy.... windy..... windy.

Thanks for taking such great care of our place during your stay! We appreciate the time and consideration you took to give us the place back in good shape and appreciate your leaving some of your fishing gear for our future guests to enjoy. We love our home and we love sharing it with people who appreciate and understand how much time and effort we put into making it a comfortable oasis for people like you to use for their very precious leisure time! Just an FYI, the size of the pool and lanai was one of the MAIN things I loved that compelled me to purchase the property although the previous owners never overhauled it in their ownership, so we have it slated for complete resurfacing (might even choose a new color scheme) mid May 2020! While it is certainly not necessary I would love to make the pool "my own" by choosing the tiles and colors, so if you should return, I hope you will be pleasantly surprised.

Didn't want to leave!

I simply can’t say enough nice things about Christine and her beautiful home. When we arrived, we were surprised to see everything as pictured and better! The pool is heated and absolutely wonderful. The canal provides many hours of fishing and just relaxing. The entire neighborhood is very quiet (we hardly heard a noise from anyone the entire 2 weeks we were there). The house itself is well stocked, we cooked/grilled most days and found everything we needed. If I was asked to come up with a negative, I simply couldn’t do it. Christine is warm and welcoming; the house is well decorated and CLEAN. We have rented other homes that I actually cleaned and sanitized when we arrived - there was no need to do that here. Fisherman’s Village was just down the street with shops, waterfront restaurants and bars. We went on several fishing charters while we were there also and had a blast. I would highly recommend Bramasole and will be returning in the future.

Fabulous home

My husband and I had a fabulous time at this home. The heated pool was such a delight! Very close to restaurants and shopping at Fisherman’s Village. Very close to all other to other venues as well. This home was a home away from home. Very cozy and also unique with the decor of this home. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a fabulous time in Punta Gorda! We will definitely be back!

Excellent home in Punta Gorda

My husband and I have stayed in Punta Gorda homes for several years and this has been our best stay yet. This home is everything the owner states and then some. The pool is larger than most and is really heated, unlike some who are advertised as such, but are actually quite chilly.. It has character and several fascinating surprises, including interior design and the "Elvis" bedroom. Christine is an excellent hostess who quickly responded when we reached out to her. Great stay and Thank You, Christine! Hope to come again soon...

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a kind review!!!! Paul and I truly enjoy hosting guests at our home and are genuinely happy when we are told that our place exceeded expectations! I LOVE A WARM POOL that does not need to be "gotten used to a little at a time" in order to enjoy. The pool is oversized so I bought a big heater to be sure :) The bedroom décor for that one bedroom was born of my love for Desi Arnez and Cuba :) We were fortunate to visit Cuba a few years ago and were fascinated by how "suspended in time" it was with all of the classic American cars. Did you know that car wall hanging lights up? There is a little switch on the bottom of it, the headlights light up! We sincerely hope you will visit again! Thanks for taking such wonderful care of our home during your stay!

Great home in Punta Gorda

Excellent location, close to Fish Village in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the outdoor space and pool. Property owners live close and are available for anything.

We live in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, a scenically beautiful place centrally located between Philadelphia and NYC, so we are a tourist hot spot. We have been enjoying being involved in the short term/vacation rental arena for 10 years, which started with us being renters ourselves. Each time we visited a new place, we shied away from big resorts or hotels because we wanted to have a more local and genuine experience, not to mention how those private accommodations were the same price, if not lower, than resort or hotels. Our enjoyment of these home away from home experiences led us to offering our first vacation rental as owners, in 2010, with a small, 2 bedroom cottage close to home in the Poconos. We had so much fun doing it up, we bought a second....Bramasole is our 4th (and most likely our final, because its a lot of work!) But, we put our hearts into each home, it's NOT just a business to us. We understand and appreciate how precious leisure and family time is, so we go through great lengths to provide a top notch stay each and every time.
