Privat, 1 værelses lejlighed i Bend w / Loft og gas pejs

Thank you for the great review. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for the review and for noting the convenient location, comfortable beds, cozy atmosphere, and updated bathrooms. We’d happily welcome you back on a future visit to Bend.

Thank you for the review. I'm very happy to hear you found the unit clean, the beds comfortable, and that you were able to enjoy the deck. I'm also very sorry there was confusion regarding the pool pass and laundry access. We do not have a washer and dryer on the listing's amenities description, but will work to make that clearer for future guests. And we have requested that the HOA put a pool pass in the unit. Until then, we always have one in the lockbox by the office that our guests can use. I'm sorry the codes did not work for you and that we failed to follow up in a timely manner. I will address this with the team and ensure that the lockbox codes are tested. Thank you very much for the feedback, we will use it to improve.

Hi Alisha! We are so happy you had an enjoyable and comfortable stay with us. We loved hosting you, at Ski House, and hope you will visit us again!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry that maintenance concerns took away from your experience. I should clarify that the unit does not have an oven, and I'm truly sorry the convection oven was out of order during your stay. I can confirm that it has since been replaced by a vendor and am sorry we could not complete this project before your arrival. I also apologize that the A/C unit leaked during your stay. The maintenance team was able to resolve the leak after full service. Thank you for letting us know that you didn't feel our team was appropriately accommodating and please know that we are taking that feedback seriously. We sincerely care about what our guests care about, and will work as a team to ensure our communication reflects that. Thank you again for this feedback — we’ll use it to improve future stays.

Hi Rosemary! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The home may have a portable fan in one of the closets, or we always recommend requesting a box fan if available to aid in your comfort! We loved hosting you, and hope you will return!

Hi Ken. We enjoyed hosting you, but we are sorry you encountered a few issues. We verified with the local team that the sofa sleeper is a full, not a twin. Regarding the minor repairs, please know you can contact us anytime during your stay, as our team is always available to offer assistance. Had we been notified, we would have gladly sent someone over to look at the shower door and freezer handle. We will follow up with these repairs. We value your booking, and hope you will consider booking with us again!
