First of all this place is absolutely adorable!!! My best friend & I were there for a short stay after dropping my daughter off for college. It is so close to everything. Never had any issues with finding parking & the free island parking pass was great! Quick walk to the beach & pier. Everything was clean & beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio every night. Would definitely return!

This was a great place. It’s close to the beach, pier and restaurants. The room looks just like the photo and the host was very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great weekend stay at 17th St Inn. The room was clean and simple, and equipped with all we needed. We loved the location. The walk to the beach was easy , and walking to shops and restaurants was close! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the sea air. Very relaxing ! We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for me & my partner. It was pet friendly & reasonable. It was a quick walk to the beach & to all the shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was as advertised. Having the parking pass was a huge money saver, parking did not seem to be an issue pending on the time of the day. Close access to an entrance to the beach, and walking distance to local restaurants.

This is such a charming Inn. Room #3 had everything we needed. I knew everything was going to be good when I saw all the hangers in the closet. We enjoyed the balcony often, although it was very hot the week we stayed. Easy walk to the beach, and I even found a shark's tooth!The common area on the bottom level was so festive, and we hope to get a group together and come back to really enjoy it. It will definitely need cleaned before that can happen, though.I would add hooks in the bathroom for used towels. And put a Queen bed in there in place of the King bed. But, other than that it was a PERFECT stay, and we can't wait to come back.

Great beach location

Great location and easy walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Inn was very accomodating and the courtyard was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Will definitely stay again when in Tybee Island.

Room was clean and super convenient to the beach. Really appreciated the use of a parking pass for the island. Room we rented had a faulty ac and host immediately responded and moved us to a cooler room

We had a great time in Tybee! Jenny was very quick to respond. The location is perfect! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. We walked everywhere. The parking pass is great- if you want to check out other beaches and places. Just know that parking on the street is first come-you may have to park down the street. This is on the second floor, you need to do stairs. The top step is a different height-be careful. The place is small. It’s clean! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen looked like it was well equipped (we went out). The bathroom is small. Could use some hooks and a full length mirror. The porch is nice. The air conditioning works really well (which was greatly appreciated). This is a great place for a short exploration of Tybee.

Loved my stay!!

Loved our one night stay in this beautiful pink building and wonderful space. The location is perfect and the beautiful outdoor space has a beautiful ambiance and was great for relaxing in the evening!! Jenny was a joy to work with and everything looked just as the listing was posted! I hope to stay here again!!

Perfect size for two. Balcony was my favorite place to relax-other than the beach. Will stay there again in the future.

The 17th Street Inn was a perfect stay for my son and I !! Matched the description perfectly!! Very clean and accommodated with everything you would need!! Walking distance to everything!! The parking pass was a plus also if you did want to venture about the island!!!! Jenny our host was amazing very prompt to respond with any questions I had to make reservation!! Will definitely be back!!

Tybee Getaway 2025

Quaint Inn with eye catching curb appeal and a host who was very responsive. Desirable location made parking and walking easy to area beach, restaurants, and shopping. When we ventured out, the parking pass provided was much appreciated! Our room balcony was a favorite spot for some R&R and the outdoor patio area with the smell of Jasmine blooming was amazing! Ideal location

This rental was perfect for our week long trip to Savannah and Tybee! The island is a 20-30 min drive from downtown Savannah, meaning we got the best of both worlds by being able to go to the beach and city in one day. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed, including beach gear which was fantastic. We loved sitting on the deck every night and loved the ocean view. If we are ever back in Tybee I would not hesitate to stay at the Inn again!

Location, location, location!

The 17th St Inn was a lovely place to stay on Tybee Island. We loved being just a half block from the beach and sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine and hearing the waves crashing. And the parking permit was awesome! Unfortunately the bad weather prevented us from taking advantage of the common area downstairs, but it looked super cute.

At a different property due to construction but still very nice

I think this review will be posted on the wrong property since the original reservation had to be moved due to construction that took longer than expected. We ended up in a cool little two story apartment a few blocks away with easy access to both the ocean and river side beaches. Very clean and convenient to the shops and restaraunts on the south end of Tybee. We'd happily go back.

First time at Tybee Island.

Perfect location! Very clean and cute! The short walk to the beach was very manageable. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We had an amazing time! Only needed improvement is a more comfortable bed. The sheet was placed over a plastic mattress cover without a mattress pad. I was confident it was clean but the plastic liner was noisy and made us sweat. Again really great service and location we would stay again!

Perfect Island Getaway

We could not be happier with our stay at this studio apartment!! Everything was as described and even better. The room was well appointed and clean. Kitchen was just right for the two of us and the covered front porch was so relaxing. The beach can be seen at the end of the street and was half a block a way. Right around the corner and a half block over was a strip of shops and eateries - we counted 11 places to eat all within a three minute walk which is perfect if you want to spend the day at this beautiful beach and have convenient places to eat or relax. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with too. Honestly we could not have asked for a better location, place or experience. You cannot help but fall in love with 17th Streer Inn and it’s lovely beach.
