Very nice property extensive amount of outdoor seating on every floor. Very well taken care of and clean. owners communication was 5star as well very responsive would stay here again 100%

You do not have full use of the sea wall that’s in back of the house. There is a boat on a lift, taking up half of the seawall. There is barely enough room for a 29 foot boat. If you have two boats you’re going to have to hang your boat over on the Neighbor side of the seawall. It’s very tight. There is a good chance you will get a letter taped to your gate telling you to make sure you turn off the lights because it’s bothering a neighbor.

Andy was one of the best hosts we've had. He was quick to respond to any communiations and was friendly and welcoming. He was able to address some concerns that were out of his control with alternative solutions which is rare to find. Everything was clean and bright throughout the space. The pool was refreshing after a long day out on the water. We absolutely loved the kitchen with all the space for multiple chefs at once. The covering on the top floor terrace as shown in the photos was not there but moved to the bottom patio, but since it was hot out, we took advantage of the terrace inthe evening instead for sunsets and stars. When we plan on returning to Marathon, we will definitley see if this rental is available as the location was fantastic and just a short way to the seven mile bridge.

Excellent stay. Home was well kept, conveniently located and had an excellent rooftop view. Great home for easy boating access and quick trio to favorite restaurants. Owner is local and very responsive. Would recommend!

Family Trip!

Could not recommend this property more. Perfect location and perfect home for our whole family for the week. Andy was an amazing host. We will for sure continue booking this house for our yearly family trips.

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay! True to the pics and the space on the rooftop was amazing! Great location for ease of access to anything needed. Andy is responsive and wonderful to work with - even gives recommendations when asked!

Great House With Water Access

We stayed at this home for 7 nights and enjoyed every day of it. It has canal access and only a few miles from the Sombrero Beach.

This house was the best! We had 3 couples. There was plenty of room for us all. The large porches were great. The rooftop deck was amazing for evening entertaining! The location was perfect! We were able to ride bikes and scooters everywhere on the island. The host answered all my questions quickly and provided local recommendations.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and very spacious. It’s a very open floor plan. The only negatives we saw were the neighborhood it’s in (all trailer homes) and the red ants around the pool that were biting everyone.

December Getaway

Andy was a fantastic host and very responsive to any of our requests/questions. We loved the sliding glass doors that opened up to the deck to enjoy morning coffee and the rooftop deck to enjoy happy hour cocktails and the beautiful sunsets!

Just what we needed

This trip was just what we needed. Everything was so relaxing, from checkin to checkout. House is in a very quiet neighborhood, perfect for getting away from real life for a week. Andy was great and responded to everything quickly. Food suggestions were excellent. Will return.

Beautiful home and excellent location

Our family had an amazing time at Angler’s Terrace. Andy was always available to answer questions and gave fantastic suggestions for restaurants as well as activities. The home was gorgeous with a big open balcony and a pool perfect for our kids. The location was great in that we were an hour or less from all the things we wanted to do in the keys. We really loved our week on Marathon!

Family Fun in the Sun

The house was great for all of us and the 3 decks were great for when we all wanted to be together or have a moment away. Andy was super responsive to questions and brought us bagels one morning. Pool is great. Close to restaurants and stores.

Friends getaway

Great property with a beautiful view. Comfortable living space and full kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by for necessities. Sombrero Beach is only a 5 minute drive. Perfect vacation! Good communication with host. Listing and pictures are accurate. Would definitely recommend Anglers Terrace!

Great Trip

From the start, the Host was cordial and responsive including when we arrived in property. The house is well set up for a large group like ours and we enjoyed every space available, especially evening games on the 3rd floor terrace. Great location to our favorite exploration areas on the water, with quick minimum wake journeys to open water in the Atlantic or Bay side. Our entire group enjoyed the location and all amenities without a concern in the world. Thanks to the hosts for a great, beautiful location to spend a family vacation.

Great location

Cleaning could use a little more attention. Parking was tight. Had to back boat trailer down street. We managed though. Pool was great kids really enjoyed it. Lots of living space for us to enjoy.

Was not disappointed

Wow!!! What a house and location, the description and photos were spot on. Andy was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were able to rent a boat and dock it on the canal right beside the house. We will be keeping this house in our future travel plans.
