Perfect pet friendly condo steps away from the beach! My family enjoyed staying here for a week and Cliff was an excellent host.

Ideal

This condo is in the most ideal location for our family, and it was really nice to be able to have my daughter's dog along with us. I love the ease of the elevator for loading in & out, and having a bathroom for each bedroom is a must. It could use some updates (cabinets/countertops), but no major complaints from us, and we will definitely return.

The ocean side deck was amazing, with its ocean view and dog gate. Our golden retriever spent hours there, enjoying the breeze.

Family Beach Vacation

Really enjoyed how close we were to the beach access. The view of the ocean and dunes was lovely.

Winter in Ocean Paradise

We love spending our winters at your condo in OIB. Could not ask for a better host than Cliff. The only thing I could add is to add a larger tv wall mounted in the living room and remove the large cabinet the tv is in. We are looking forward to next season already. The Koehns

Steps away from the beach. Property manager was outstanding. Very responsive. My family had the best vacation! Can't wait to come back!

Great weekend getaway

This is a lovely property in a great location. Cliff the property owner was incredibly responsive. The beach access is directly across the street and convenient. We will definitely return.

Very nice place to stay. One of the very few places on that street with a view of the ocean from our first floor unit. Most other buildings had one building on the ocean blocking there view. Being a South facing property the sun barely got on the back porch which I like. Beautifully laid out unit with good accommodations. The pool is excellent with wonderful beach access by the pool.This was the nicest beach I have ever been to on the East coast. Not counting Gulf beaches as I need real waves. The ocean was warm which surprised me. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. Definitely will be back to Ocean Isle Beach.

Loved it!!!!

As always, we loved our stay, and Cliff is the BEST to work with! Our unit might need some freshening with living room chairs. You might remind renters to bring kitchen towels and bath mats.

Nice place, esp since we have two poodles. Everything we needed was there except for paper products of course. Would suggest some new non-stick pans for the kitchen and some games to play.

1A Becky st was a great place! Only negatives were the Mr. Coffee ws very slow (needs cleaning?) as was the Kerig. Kerig said to descale. Master bedroom mattress was just OK. Pretty worn out. Overall it was a great comfortable place to stay!

We had a nice stay and would definitely stay again. A few things we noticed is that we were responsible for renting linens this year - in the past, the linens were always provided. Also, the condo seemed to be a bit more run down than past condos we have stayed in. For example, the front door had black duct tape on it, the microwave was cracked around the top, and the closet door in the bedroom was broken. The living room furniture was pretty worn as well.

The place was pretty much stripped of any starter goods. No toilet paper, Garbage bags, etc. We usually replace what we use but had to rush out to the store. Maint. People painted the porch floors and stairs while we were there. One day primer and the next paint. Tough with dogs. Overall the unit is very nice.

Just OK

Understanding that Hurricane Ian had come ashore just south of the condo the previous weekend, the condo appeared not to have been cleaned from the last renters with lots of dog hair everywhere. We arrived to find that there was no cable/Wifi and had to spend the first two hours of our stay working through that (despite being reassured by Cliff that everything was "ready to go"). We also found it interesting that there were no bath mats in any of the showers to step out on after showering. There were also some overhead lights that did not work. The deck chairs were not high enough to see over the deck railing and view the ocean/surf. It appeared to us that the actuals owners may not frequent the place very often. Cliff was very responsive and helpful, and the exterior damage to the condo that was sustained from the storm was getting repaired while we were there.

Ocean Paradise except for noise! 😣

Everything was great! Wish the unit was more insulated from neighbors. Could hear upstairs neighbors (they had two young boys) through ceiling and when they were using exterior stairways - at 5:00 a.m.! 😫 My son left to go home the last night it was so bad. The last time we stayed in Ocean Paradise there were no neighbors around us. Unlikely to take a chance on staying in this unit again for that reason. Unfortunate. Such a nice place! Loved everything else! Working with the owner/management was great! Excellent communication and service!

Ocean Isle Beach Wedding

These accommodations were perfect for our group of seven, but the condo is so large that 12 would be comfortable. Beautiful beach views were an added bonus! It was the perfect place to stay while attending a family wedding. Thank you, Cliff!

Great Stay

We were very satisfied with this unit. The view of the ocean was very nice. The condo was really well maintained and furnished. Access to the beach is right across the street and only a short walk. Absolutly no parking problems here.

Great beach access!

The beach is Right across a small very low traveled street. The front porch is covered which provides a break from the sun. Ocean Isle beach is a lovely community that is not over commercialized. Grocery store close by as well as a number of very good restaurants. We would definitely go back and rent again from Cliff the owner. He was very helpful!

Spring break fun

We have been staying at the Islanders over the last 20 years, this was our first time in this unit. Unit was exactly as described in photos and was plenty of room for our family. Cliff is a great host with great communication. We would definitely stay in this unit or any property Cliff manages again!
