Dette store moderne bæghus blev renoveret i slutningen af 2011 og er perfekt til to familier at feriere sammen. Fra stueetagen med åben planløsning er der god udsigt over havet til Moreton Island. Der er en stor dæk fra stuen med udendørs møbler og grillplads. Nedenunder har sit eget kitichen / spiseplads og en Nintendo-lounge. Let gåafstand til strande og Straddie Hotel.

Funktioner:

5 soveværelser, 4 badeværelser (inkl. 3 ensuites), Ovenpå 2 dronninger, 1 tri-køje (dobbelt i bunden og enkelt på toppen), Nedenunder Bunkroom med 2 køjer, Queen size soveværelse med ensuite. Opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, tv i stuen plus tv i to af de ovenpå soveværelser, DVD-afspillere, auto vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, gas BBQ på dækket. Internt trin i delt niveau.

Linned Leveres ved bookinger foretaget efter 1/12/18, NB Sengene er ikke opredte, og linned skal muligvis returneres til vores kontor, når vi returnerer nøgler.

The house was large with a great view. Some areas could have used a deeper clean and some outside doors don’t lock. Overall a great house to stay at for large families. Would stay again.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for our stay. When at home the kids could entertain themselves downstairs and the adults had plenty of space upstairs to relax.

Long winter weekend at Straddie

Well equipped home with lovely views, close to everything we needed. Two families (ten people in total) were comfortable here, we would definitely stay again if possible.

Great for large groups but for price needs some simple upgrades.

Excellent balcony, beautiful view and large living areas. Internet and Foxtel provided. Plenty of beds, cookware, plates for large groups. It was quite dusty and not cleaned well. Some of the rooms get very hot as you can't leave the door open because they aren't secure and can be accessed from the road. The fans provided aren't effective and the curtains are sheer so let a lot of morning sun in.

Good layout but in need of maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property had a good layout particularly for two families with the downstairs kitchen proving useful. The property was reasonably well stocked with utensils, movies, books etc. And has a great collection of boardgames. However, there was a high amount of broken items such as multiple faulty sliding doors, missing door handles, broken main tv, broken oven door etc. Also there was a fairly severe cockroach issue particularly downstairs.

The bunk bed was not super comfortable. The house was in a great location though the driveway was very steep and not practical for parking a car in the garage. The house was lacking in cleanliness in some areas. Under the beds and couches were particularly dirty. A backyard would have been well utilised as we had young children staying. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this properly.

The furniture in the bunk room and the downstairs unit needs attention as it is could become dangerous and the airflow downstairs is very stifling. despite this we still had a fabulous holiday and have booked for our sons wedding and will continue to book as it really is a great home with all the amenities and supplies needed.

Unfortunately there are a few things that need updating :Oven, the seal needs replacing Vacuum would be very helpful Double bed in the middle room upstairs is extremely uncomfortable Queen bed downstairs needs a decent mate and not a cheap foam mattress
