Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and spacious. The outdoor pool area was very nice. There was 9 of us staying at the home and it never felt crowded. So much room inside and out. Would definitely stay here again if needed. Steve, with the managment company, was very responsive when needed.

Average Experience

The property was in an excellent location. The check in process was well organised and easily accomplished. The house was not very clean. Closets were dusty and clearly not cleaned. We had a bad ant problem. Simple amenities were not available such as bathroom cleaning supplies. The garage was filthy. I would probably not stay at this property again. Property manager did respond quickly.

Several issues with this property

We have stayed in about a dozen homes in this area. This house needs some TLC. The living room tv, is set to the highest volume and can’t lower. The tv in the backyard patio does not work. The lamp in the master bedroom doesn’t work. There was dry dog poop in one of the bedroom closets. The swimming pool seems cloudy and dirty. Don’t know if the filtration system was working properly. Lastly upon arrival. We noticed one of the bathroom sinks was about to overflow. We have pics. Luckily we got there right before it spilled out of the sink. Water was dripping from faucet. It may not hurt to clean the carpet and rugs. They’re very dirty.

Hi Ceci, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we are very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. It has been difficult for the pool technicians in the area to get the chemicals they need due to supply shortage issues but the pool was serviced and as good as new after your departure. Our field agent also made sure all televisions and lights were working as they should, and the home has had a deep clean as well as professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. We hope that you'll give us a chance to host your stay again in the future and give you the real Royale experience you should have had.

Perfect Indio Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect retreat for our multigenerational spring break. We spent most of our time outside. The pools were clean and serviced mid week. Since it was March, we paid the additional $50/day for heat. We appreciated the flexibility of early/late checkin/out. My daughter has stayed in over 8 PS rentals and declared this as being one of best.

Oasis in the Desert

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful property! I am very picky when it comes to vacation rentals... this house was perfection! It's located in a gated community that is very quiet and feels very safe. The house itself has plenty of rooms for everyone, and was very clean and well stocked. The pool, hot tub, firepit and backyard were fabulous! We rented the house for a girls weekend, and it was perfect. Everyone got their own room with minimal bathroom sharing. We had to call the property manager a few times (ran out of toilet paper, couldn't figure out the pool heating) and they were incredibly responsive. I was impressed!I would absolutely come back again!
