Spectacular view

Unit was very clean and in a great location. But most of all the view was amazing and hearing the ocean at night was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay with perfect sunset view

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I. We enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai every morning. The view is mesmerizing with the ocean and views of the other islands. We also were able to watch pods of dolphins swim by. The condo has a great location to the beach, the boardwalk, grocery store, abc store, restaurants and food truck lot. It’s well stocked with everything you need. The condo was also quiet and peaceful so we could sleep well. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

Closer to the ocean than all the others - I recommend a stay here

The magnificence of the ocean view when you walk in is only heightened by the Aloha charm of this place that really grows on you! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place, it was truly special!

Great Maui Condo

We really enjoyed this condo - great location, well appointed and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants, food trucks, groceries and multiple beaches. Parking was convenient. Lovely ocean views!

Wonderful spot

The location was fantastic. We saw a ton of whales from the balcony (March visit), and snorkeled a 5-minute walk south. The fold-out bed was fast to set up and fold back, and was comfortable.

The Best!

I normally don't write reviews, but this condo really is the best. The view and the location really can't be beat and Neal is super easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous view!

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable with an amazing view. We loved watching the whales and turtles and even saw a seal. We had an a terrific week!

Gorgeous panoramic views

Clean, well-equipped property. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Views of Lanai and Molokai. Constant Humpback show during whale season(don’t need to go on a boat to watch these whales). Sea turtles graze right off the beach. Epic snorkeling in every direction.

Amazing Views

You can't beat the views! We enjoyed watching turtles each day. The unit was well supplied. It's older and could use some updates but the ocean views totally made up for what the condo was lacking. Neal was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We used to stay at Maui Kai several times and were lucky to rent the corner 408 condo this year. The condo is very clean and well maintained and has all the amenities you'd need but not too overloaded. The location is perfect with 180-degree view of the ocean and the beach. We've seen lots of whales from the lanai. The owner (Neal) is very responsive and helpful. Will come back next year. Thank you!

An amazing view!

Manager very responsive and helpful. Everything just as the website described. Comfortable master bed! Everything I needed for my week. (Especially that balcony and view!!!). Loved every minute! Thank you so much Neal. Hope I can come back some day.

The Ocean at Your doorstep

Our corner lanai and large dining area window provided amazing views of the beach the ocean an the islands. The open air doors and windows provided the continuous sound of the waves and breezes. It wasn't necessary to go to the beach. You were already there. A wonderful celebration of 45 years of marriage!

The condo was on the corner. You could look out from the lani and see the beach and straight out to see the ocean. Turtles visited daily any time from 11 AM to noon. The condo has all the necessary items to make you comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the king size bed. There were vintage posters on the wall that brought back memories. The owner Neal is a very nice man. I look forward to staying in this condo again.

The View!

The view is everything! The condo is clean and has everything you need. The bed was extremely comfy. The location is prime and conveniently located close to a grocery store and hotspots like Whaler's Village. I will definitely consider booking again in the future.

Stunning view with quiet surroundings...

We loved our stay - fantastic view and location, comfortable King bed, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. You may want to mention in your listing that you have a Kurig Coffee maker - as we would have brought our favorite coffee pods. Quiet and relaxing with the lull of the ocean waves at night time. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Unbeatable views and location

Overall we had a great stay here. This condo has spectacular views, and watching whales on the lanai with our morning coffee was truly a highlight. The Ka'anapali area is very nice, with wonderful beaches, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby.Check-in and check-out were very easy. The king bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable (for a sofa bed) and very easy to use. When we reached out to the owner, he was quick to reply and communicated clearly.Some things to know in advance are:- The property itself is older and the age does show in places.- The kitchen and living area are nicely renovated.- The kitchen was clean and nicely equipped.- Coffee was NOT provided, so be sure to bring your own. - There is no coffee grinder, so be sure to buy ground.- Salt and pepper were there, but no other kitchen basics (oil, sugar, etc.) were provided.- The bathroom really needs some attention (ceiling tiles broken in places, rust visible).- The owner does NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap for the shower. We only discovered this after getting into the shower after a long day of traveling, which is not an ideal experience. We have been traveling with VRBO for more than 10 years, and we have never stayed in a place that did not provide at least travel-size containers of body soap and shampoo.Overall we had a positive experience in Maui!
