Central, Cozy Townhouse-Private Hot Tub & Parking

Wonderful to hear! Thanks!

Thank You!

Thanks for the review! I'm glad you loved the place, but I'm so sorry to hear about your issues with the cleanliness. The cleaners I use always do a fantastic job, so I'm surprised to hear this. If only you had let me know on check-in, as I would have happily had the cleaners return to fix any concerns you may have had but thanks for letting me know nonetheless and I wish you all the best as well!

Thanks for such a lovely review! So great to hear how much you enjoyed the location, cleanliness and hot tub! Please make sure you return for another memorable Whistler vacation!

Thanks so much Simon!

Thanks so much Darryl delighted your group enjoyed the stay.

Thank you, Erin. I’m so glad the local tips were helpful and that the location made it easy to enjoy your ski trip. I really appreciate you staying and would love to welcome you back again.

Thanks Janica! I’m glad you found the location great, but I’m sorry to hear the cleanliness and hot tub size didn’t meet your expectations. I appreciate the photos you have provided. The private hot tub is located on the master bedroom patio and there is also a larger complex hot tub if you wish to have more people in a hot tub. The home has been scheduled for a deep clean this spring. During the busy season, due to short windows between guests, it can be difficult to make repairs to the walls and crawl spaces. As a result this will all be addressed during the deep clean taking place May 11th and 12th. I take the cleanliness concern seriously and I have acted on these now that the time allows. Thanks again for staying and taking the time to share your experience.

So pleased to hear your families found it perfect. Thank you!

Wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the private hot tub as well as the homes location! Please stay again

Thanks for the review Deidre! I'm glad you enjoyed the home, I'm sorry for the concerns with the hot tub. I try to show the hot tubs size on the listing photos and haven't had complaints in the past but I appreciate the feedback! As you mentioned there is the complex hot tub which is larger. Thank you Deidre!

Thank you so much Dana! Thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed the home and location!

Thank you so much Nadine and Jeff, delighted you enjoyed the home and the convenient location.

Thank you for your feedback, Nancy. I’m glad I could respond quickly to the WiFi and fireplace issues. The pilot light going out on Christmas Day was unfortunate timing and pleased that you were able to get it going again quickly. Happy to let you know the fireplace is still working well. I’m pleased I was able to resolve the WiFi as soon I was made aware. I’m very sorry if the unit wasn’t as clean as you had hoped; the cleaners usually do such a great job and I would have been happy to send a cleaner to return and meet your expectations if I’d been made aware of anything that was not cleaned to standard! Thanks for letting me know and all the best to you!

Thank you Nicolle! I’m really glad the layout, location, and communication helped make for a great stay. That said, I’m genuinely sorry the home wasn’t properly ready for your arrival. The cleaning issues and maintenance items you mentioned shouldn’t have been missed, as the team normally does a great job. I’ve already begun addressing these to ensure the home is fully up to standard moving forward. When you first messaged about your concerns, I did offer to have someone come by, but I didn’t hear back. I would have happily arranged for these issues to be resolved right away, though I didn’t want to enter the home without your permission. I hope I’ll have the chance to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Thanks

Thank you for your wonderful review William! I'm thrilled to hear that the home was perfect for your family and that you enjoyed the ample space. It's great to know you appreciated the private hot tub and found the shuttle access to the Gondola easy as well. I strive for clear communication, and I'm very glad it made your stay more enjoyable. I look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thank you Neilla! I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and found it convenient for exploring the village. I’m sorry about the issue with the patio door and screen during your stay, but I’m happy we were able to get it resolved quickly. The floor does have a unique texture but the cleaners always keep an eye on it to ensure its ready for guests. Thanks again for staying. I’d be happy to host you again in the future!

Thanks!
