Absolutely beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a family favourite for winter. The views are beautiful, and the accommodation equally so. The location is wonderful, with easy walking distance to nearly everything. The beds are comfortable and the showers are excellent. The brand new BBQ was "chefs kiss" just the added bonus. Property management were very responsive, when a genuine issue arose, and solved the problem swiftly.A truly wonderful stay.

IDEAL STAY PLACE IN KALBARRI

The property is ideally located with panoramic views of the Bay and to the north. The unit is well stocked with crockery/cutlery and the second bedroom is an adequate size, though probably more suited to children. Overall it was a great place to stay in.

Great position

Two story town house located just across the road from fabulous Kalbarri cliff views to the west and the Indian Ocean, Property clean, comfortable and well equipped. But be aware of the weather forecast. Our 5 day visit coincided with a hot spell of over 40C. We had to use the blinds each afternoon to shut out the beautiful west facing views, Thank goodness for the air conditioning. Would like to revisit in the cooler months.

lovely property, lovely views, very disappointed in the set up of the second bedroom, wardrobe doors couldn't be opened fully as the bed was in the way so my friend resorted to living out of her suitcase...She found the bed to be very, very uncomfortable and noisy due to the fact that it had been supported underneath by a compressed wood box and the slats kept moving and sliding around ( she is a very petite lady) The mattress sat too low in the wooden surround that she kept hitting her knees on it...she ended up having to take painkillers for the whole week we were there. Very disappointing really considering the cost.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, good location to coastal walks and into town We were there in early September and we could see whales jumping from the dining room table. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to beat in. It was good to have a second bathroom and laundry. The second bedroom was a little small, however, it worked well for us. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy staying in Kalbarri and this time was no exception. Bed was comfortable, house was clean and warm, good views from lounge rom upstairs, everything worked. The house is upside down and the stairs are a bit steep so be careful and hold on to the banister. Balcony is small but usable. Building work next door was not too intrusive. We enjoyed our stay and will return as soon as circumstances allow.

What a View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, comfortable and within coo-ee of the town and the beach. We had such a relaxing stay. A good kitchen - we cooked a couple of meals. But when we went out to eat we were able to easily saunter to most of the cafes and restaurants. The blue view from our living room was so beautiful we never shut the blinds - which meant we got to see the magnificent full moon light up the night sky. Having such a cosy base meant we could go adventuring in the gorges in the morning and relax in the cool for the afternoon. It made our holiday unforgettable.

Great location but house needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing but house needed a more thorough clean, towels smelt, drain smelt really funky and there were blinds missing or broken. Couldn’t sleep as debris from damaged house next door kept smash against the wall all night. Have stayed twice before without problem but this time the house standard had really dropped.
