RESERVE DIN PRIVATE BEACH HOUSE NU?

We provide a beach house on the beachfront and a family home with 4 separate spacious pavilion-style rooms. A swim up pool bar with amazing views of the coral directly out front. A typical 10am on shore breeze, welcomed in Nov to March, on higher temperatures and humidity. Our coral reef needs protection from walking on the reef at low tide and swimming mid to high tide the best experience for snorkelling and kayaking. Young families are welcome and staff are available for child minding while parents enjoy their massages. If you are looking for a family home on the beach, this is your piece of paradise.

Our enjoyed sharing the beach house location with your wider family. Our location is unique being front of beach 20 steps into the water's edge. The chef services is a common hit with guests wanting to put their feet up and just enjoy the view. We are looking forward to your return visit soon.

Since 2016 we have had over 400 guests groups stay and this group (booking by Ethel Gopal) I could not recommend to another host, beware!! Our pricing model, as per our T&C's is a set fee for up to 6 persons. Additional adults are an extra fee up to 12 persons. The Guest made a booking for 7 adults and then upon arrival there were 9 adults. Their communication before-hand was delayed and lacking in details. When the lead guest was approached for payment of the additional fees an immediate decline to pay was received stating their view was it was the same price whether 6 persons or 12 persons stayed. The additional charge was NZD$750 for a 5 night stay. The house was left in a dirty, with rubbish on floor and bench in the kitchen, condition encouraging the wild life to feast on the mess. An additional day of deep cleaning was required to return the house to it's clean and tidy condition. What was concerning was the group crowded together, around the manager, to influence his request for payment. An unpleasant and unsafe experience.

Bula Kirsten and thank you for your feedback. Wasn't aware of dishwasher not functioning and housekeeper not in though manager was available to contact 24 * 7 for any assistance.
