Hi Chris Thank you for providing your feedback following your stay at our property. We're VERY puzzled by your comment that the house looked "tired and dated" - as it's just had an $80k refurbishment in early 2022. All of the pictures shown on the listing are accurate and show the house as it currently is - so we really don't understand this? We are sorry that the clean wasn't as good as it should have been and will talk to our housekeepers to reinforce their tasks to double check that they're cleaning under the furniture. We are also sorry that, in the aftermath of hurricane Ian, we were unable to immediately repair the pool screens. Our company alone had over 800 screens torn or missing after hurricane Ian and had difficulty in finding the pool screen material, as so many properties were damaged in the hurricane - there are 57,000 vacation homes in central Florida. We will be sure to check out the bottom of the enclosure screen for any corrosion and make repairs. We hope that the next time you come to Orlando from the UK, the weather doesn't interfere with your vacation and that the property that you book meets your expectations.

Hi Christopher Thanks for taking the effort to write a detailed review with feedback - we appreciate your time. We are sorry that the BBQ vendor didn't deliver the pre-ordered grill for your arrival. We were happy to refund the whole cost of that for you for the late delivery -so we were a little surprised to read that you think we pro-rated the refund? Following your problems with the AC system, we checked and it turned out that the unit was not working, so the owner agreed to replace the faulty AC unit in the garage - and this was completed last week. We are also sorry that you had issues communicating with our staff and hope that this didn't detract from your vacation.

As standard, we provide 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths per bathroom. It's a pity that you didn't call us during your stay, as we would have happily dropped more off on request. We're very happy that you enjoyed your stay and that you would return again. Just an "FYI" for the future... the "Jacuzzi" isn't actually a "Jacuzzi" or hot tub - but is a raised spa, that only heats to the same heat as the main pool (it doesn't have a separate heater). This is very common here in central Florida, as hot-tubs and Jacuzzi's get too hot to bear in our climate. We hope that you'll come back to visit again soon!
