Hvilken fantastisk plads til din familie, når du handler om solen, bølgerne og de ydre banker! Denne dejlige duplex tilbyder et privat boblebad til dig i en charmerende omgivelser. Det store værelse, spisestue og køkken afslører alt det store havudsigt, du har drømt om. Duplexen er overraskende rummelig med fire soveværelser, herunder en konge soveværelse og bad med en privat dæk med udsigt over havet. Granit køkken bordplader og rustfrit stål apparater holde det inviterer til kokke. Badestampen er på andet niveau dæk, hvor du kan stirre på stjernerne. Det forreste store værelse dæk ombrydes omkring to sider af denne øst og sydvendte ejendom.

Der er to andre fulde bade udover kongens master suite, en på første niveau ved køkkenet og en på anden i gangen. Hvert værelse har en pause med dit eget tv (nogle tv'er har ikke kabel, men er der til streaming af dine yndlingsfilm, spil og shows). Nyd stranden tid, solen, bringe cykler, så børnene kan udforske South Nags Head eller tage en meget kort køretur op til Outer Banks Pier (ca. 1 mile). Du er kun få minutter fra Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, hele mod syd. Tag et kørsel nord for et par miles for at nå lokale dagligvarer, fisk og skaldyr, Jeanettes Pier, restauranter, shopping, familieaktiviteter og Causeway til Historic Roanoke Island! The beach view can only be seen from the upstairs balcony. The sheets were dirty. Mold on the shower curtain, the jetted tub had gunk in the jets. The rules said no sand in the hot tub but there was a lot of it on arrival. No broom. Beach access is not easy to get to and construction going on for the part that was easy. It’s a cozy little place. And it could have been worse. But it was not what was expected. I won’t be booking there again.

The location was exceptional. That being said the beach access next to the house was shut down for the last 3 days of our stay. The city was doing work on the beach there. No other access was readily available except to go over the dunes. The check in process was not great. Check in was at 4. We got there at 4. We were unable to unlock the keyless entry using the code. We called the office. After waiting an hour they sent a tech over who changed the batteries. It still did not work. We left a slider unlocked aka took the broom stick out, upstairs. Called the next day and they came out to replace the whole device. The hot tub was great but broke down for over 24 hours of our 5 day stay. They did come out and fix that. It smelled like burning which it was. Under the house where the grill and shower are was a disaster . There was trash strewn about. We did not dare use the grill as the tank was laying next to it and it was set in the uneven sand. There were a few other broken things, corner guard on steps to outside, closet door off hinges, faucet handle needed a screw to stay attached to name a few. I realize that it is a pet friendly property but there were fur tumbleweeds going across the floor. I really don’t feel they went through the property before guests arrived. We did call the office numerous times about the keyless entry and hot tub. Wish that even half of those things had been taken care.

The house was very outdated and dirty. When we arrived there was at least an inch of sand on the lower deck, there was sand in the hot tub, the outside chairs were covered with sand. We had no internet, which was fixed quickly and the shower head in the upstairs hall bathroom fell off. This was so fixed the next day. The house had sand inside and we spent the first few hours of our vacation vacuuming and cleaning sand off the decks and the outside furniture. There was a shelf missing in the refrigerator, the master bed squeaked, the kitchen counters had sand on them, the dining room table was dirty and the grill was dirty. We noticed that the floor sloped down.

Ocean View

I was happy with property, I did not consider it ocean front, it was more ocean view, the dunes prevented a good path to the beach, except to walk around and up. I also did not realize that we were right beside a public access. Ended up not being bad but in the middle of summer, I am sure that is a different story. Overall I enjoyed the house and its location.

Needs updating and fixing, but great location.

This house was in an amazing location but the house is worn out and there was a lot of things that needed to be fixed. The beds were really uncomfortable and needed to be replaced, the sliding glass doors needed to be washed (when we arrived), the tracks of the doors were so dirty we couldn’t fully open them. The dishes were not all fully clean. The shower curtain in the master wasn’t attached and fell when we used the shower. The closet door in another bedroom was off its track. The location was amazing, and with some updates and a good clean this would be a great house to stay in.

A trip to honor the final wishes of my brother and brother-in-law

The house was clean. The view was lovely. We didn't use the grill (there is a nice area set up for grilling at ground level), but did use the kitchen. The kitchen appliances were all in good working order. We were all in our sixties and traveled to the OBX to scatter my brother and brother-in-laws ashes at sea. The location of the house was convenient to pirates cove where the charter service was located. We noted that one commode seat hinge was broken when we arrived. Blue water immediately addressed the issue and had it repaired within an hour or two. This house is very charming. I suspect it has survived a hurricane or two (which just adds to the charm) I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect location

The location of the property was perfect, beach front and easy access to all the places my husband and I like to go to. Although the pictures don’t reflect it, the property is worn and not not as clean as other places we stayed managed by OBB. The cleaning folks don’t seem to scrub goop from sinks and toilets. The baseboards had dog hair on them. The furniture was pilled and seemed dirty. When you open the silverware drawer it fall out. It would have been dangerous with little kids. The sliding doors leading to the porch were FILTHY. Dog nose prints and dingy. I cleaned them when I got here so we could see through them to the view. Under the home was cluttered and messy, broken kite debris, broken swing and filthy grill. It seems the owners do not keep up with the property. We had a great stay but would not rent this home again. It’s pricey for the condition of it. I understand location, location, location. Note: we have always been pleased with Outer Banks Blue and will continue to rent from them.

Upon arriving, the code to the door was management was called to resolve. The home seemed as it was not turned over sufficently. The floors were dirty. The main bathroom level was not clean. Dead cockroach in the same bathroom. Baseboards we're not cleaned and very dusty. There was that toilet paper in all bathrooms nor paper towels. Nothing for minimal, short term rental for guests. Called the management number for assistance and advised.If we had a welcome bag. There was not a welcome bag. Management was a little defensive rather than customer service oriented. Requested to advise management of our concern and the female who we are speaking with advice that she was management. Two individuals were sent to reclean the house the next day and not the same day. Hot tub was dirty and cold. The neighboring home advised also that our hot tub was bubbling over peior to oir arrival. Throughout the stay more cockroaches.. crawling in the house. Only certain areas of the home is remodeled, the listing ifoentje rental is not what it seems. The bathrooms are dated. The doors are dated and do not close correctly. There is carpet in the master bedroom. The shower and hot tub are completely dated. The countertops are dated. The shower knob has mold and falls off. Master bedroom mattress &the main level mattress completely uncomfortable, and the box springs are broken.,broken closet doors. Outer bank's blue is not a rmanagement company. We are still waiting to hear back on compens

The house itself is really nice. Location is fantastic. We just had a few problems:1. We paid for early check in and arrive right at 1pm. The lock would not open until close to 2pm. So we sat outside and waited. We talked to the rental place (OBX Blue) on the phone to troubleshoot but that was unsuccessful. So that was a frustrating start to the trip. 2. The fridge was not cold and didn’t get cold until about 30 hours after we got there. OBX Blue brought some ice and 4 styrofoam coolers. But some food still was wasted. That was a bummer. 3. The oceanfront location was a selling point. But there was beach replenishment happening when we were there so we had to walk a ways to the next public beach access to get on the beach. With young kids and gear, that was not ideal. I wish OBX Blue had alerted us when the beach replenishment work started so we knew what to expect.

We regret your angst about your recent stay. The beach nourishment project in Nags Head and is moving quickly. This necessary and important project can be inconvenient but it is typically impacting beach access behind specific properties for only a few hours before it moves down the beach. We also regret the frustrating start to your trip and the fact the refrigerator took some time to catch up after it was loaded. The weather wasn't great during your stay either which did not help things. We hope you give us another chance soon when we have fully nourished and wide beaches, and these other issues won't happen. It was my first time in the Outer Banks and it was fantastic. The view at the Bluffs was fabulous; the sunrise was great even on a couple of cloudy days. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking but lacked essentials like coffee filters, salt & pepper, etc. I can’t reduce the rating for that, I’ll just plan for it if I book the same place again. I highly recommend the property, my stay was wonderful.

Jill, Thanks for the 5-star review! We are glad that your first trip was so great. Sorry we did not make it clear that condiments and coffee filters are not a part of the rental. We do provide a starter supply of dishwashing detergent, toilet paper for each bath, soap, and paper towels to ensure you don't have to run to the store right away after arriving. Now that you are a seasoned guest we are thrilled you would come back again! Please do.

Beautiful relaxing setting

Property was even better than the pictures excellent location centrally located to anything in the outer banks. Close to shopping and restaurants. The home is decorated beautifully and had everything you could possibly need. Try to get to the deck early in the morning to catch the dolphins playing right out front!

Very Dirty!

This property has potential - but the housekeeping is TERRIBLE!! Dust everywhere (ceiling fans, door frames, surfaces, etc), "dead bugs" on walls ceilings that had been "flattened/killed" not removed, trash under beds, couches, etc. Will not be staying at this house again.

Perfect stay!!!

We had a wonderful week at this house. The location is beautiful, the house was very clean, well equipped and lovely decorated. Would definitely recommend the house, especially with kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house is gorgeous. It was just renovated and extremely clean. I liked the fact that it was tastefully decorated and there weren't a ton of knick knacks and personal possessions, less things to get in the way and distract. The kitchen has all the necessary cookware, the deck is really nice. TVs are smart TVs so you can watch through your apps if you like. The beds and baths have everything you need. The agency was very available and helpful. You are right on the beach. The deck has a beautiful view of the ocean, and was so nice to sit out. You are a few miles from busy nags Head so you have peace and quiet but convenience to restaurants and activities. There was no one in the next door duplex so it was completely quiet. Overall it was a perfect stay, and I'd love to be back right now!
