Hello and thank you for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes, it was a pleasure hosting you and we would gladly do it again. Thank you for your detailed feed back to help our future guests. We look forward in hosting you again.

Hello Jim, Thank you for being our guest. With the newest technology, we also face a threat of fraud charges . The id and selfie is requested to ensure we are renting an actual person. To ask for the credit card front and back is to ensure that we are not dealing with a fraud charge and the card holder is in possession of his own card. Since we do not see our guest in person and the checkin process is completed online, this is a requirement. We are sorry to hear that you had a poor customer service experience due to the fact that we have security policies in place. Hope to serve you better next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the ant issues during your stay and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when it impacted your ability to use the kitchen comfortably. We take pest concerns seriously and will work to address this to improve future guests’ experiences. We appreciate you choosing Wonder Vacation Homes and hope to provide you a better stay next time. — Wonder Vacation Homes

Dear Ana, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns you encountered during your time with us. We deeply regret that the condo did not meet your expectations, especially considering your previous positive experiences with us at Vista Cay. Your comments about the cleanliness of the white surfaces, kitchen ants, and bedding are alarming and not reflective of our usual standards. Please rest assured that we are taking immediate steps to address these issues with our cleaning and maintenance teams to prevent any recurrence. Regarding the master bathroom ceiling stains and the condition of the bedroom furniture and mattresses, we are investigating these matters further to ensure they are addressed promptly and thoroughly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues. As a gesture of goodwill, we have processed a partial refund as previously discussed. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services for future guests. Should your travels bring you back to the area, we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [phone number/email address] if there is anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any additional feedback to share. Warm regards, Team Wonder Vacation Homes

Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations and that you found the beds uncomfortable. Comfort is very important to us, and we understand how disappointing that must have been — especially given your health considerations. We would like to clarify that the master bedroom does include a king-size mattress per the manufacturer’s specifications; however, we will be reviewing the bed frame setup and mattress condition immediately to ensure it meets the “plush” description in our listing. Regarding the maintenance concerns — lighting, outlets, and the oven — we appreciate you bringing these to our attention. Our maintenance team has been notified to inspect and repair each of these issues promptly. The offer to send housekeeping was sincere, and we’re sorry you were too tired after your long drive to take advantage of that option. We always aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home for our guests. Your comments are being used to make immediate improvements so future guests have a better experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Warm regards, Bruno Scarabottolo and Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes, the menthol air freshener can be strong. I am sorry that it affected you. Pest controller was sent for ants and the home was treated, Florida is home to such bugs and that is why our homes are treated frequently. But this does not qualify for a refund. Also the pillows were replaced right after your checkout. We do not provide wash cloths and this is mentioned in the House rules you get to see on VRBO and on the rental agreement you signed. WE provide one towel and one hand towel per person unto the max capacity of the home and there are washer and dryer in the unit for you to run a fresh cycle. I wish more communication would have happened during your stay, a lot of this could have been explained during your stay rather than on the review. But we hope that you enjoyed everything else besides the towels and the hope itself. WE are here if you have any questions about your stay, before and after.

Thank you Trisha for being our valued guest and for your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the home and the community amenities. We will be relaying the mattress concern to the owner and suggest him to have it changed. Since everything in the home is provided at the courtesy of the owner we have to reach out to him first. We appreciate all your suggestions and will follow up. Thanks again for staying with us and hope to see you soon.

Merci de rester avec nous et pour vos aimables paroles. Notre équipe a apprécié de vous accueillir et nous le referions avec plaisir !

Thank you Geral for being our guest and for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you liked the location and home. Hope to see you again soon.
