Lejligheden ligger i Ir Yamim, en ny udvikling ved siden af Ramat Poleg, i Netanya, den israelske riviera. Det har en fantastisk havudsigt og udsigt over byen. Denne elegante nye sikkerhedsbygning tilbyder gratis lukket parkering, central luft / varmelegeme, gratis wifi, skraldespand, tre elevatorer inklusive en sabbat. 3 soveværelser med dronning / kingsize-seng. Det store soveværelse er helt privat med lukket badeværelse med glas dor, bænk, regnbruser og håndholdt. Lukket kredsløb intercom & sikkerhed. Køkkenet er fuldt lastet, møbleret balkon mod havet til romantiske solnedgangsmiddage, fladskærms-tv'er og dvd'er, både i stuen og soveværelset. Ejendommen er beliggende i den meget ønskelige Ir Yamim, overfor Ramat Poleg i den sydlige del af Netanya, langs kystvejskørsel til Tel Aviv og Haifa. Meget centralt for dagsture over hele Israel. Poleg strand er den eneste flade strand i Netanya. Det er en bred, ren og smuk strand med alle faciliteter og restaurant / strandbar ved navn Bambu.
Let adgang til motorvej / motorvej / motorvej
Det nye Ir Yamim indkøbscenter er lige åbnet og har mange butikker og restauranter. Det betragtes som et af de smukkeste indkøbscentre i Israel og ligger kun 3 minutters gåafstand.

Kørselsvejledning fra lufthavn:
 Hvis du lejer en bil, giver de dig et kort.
Du skal komme mod Tel Aviv på Hwy 1.
Derefter til Hwy 20 og derefter til Hwy 2 mod Haifa.
Du passerer Herzlia og et par afkørsler senere ad Netanya syd.
Når du kommer nærmere, ser det ud til, at motorvejen løber ind i en gruppe af højhuse, dette er kvarteret, gør dig klar til at afslutte på NETANYA SYD.
Drej til venstre ved afkørsel. På det andet lys, (Zalman Shazar) drej til venstre.
Gå forbi det første lys og ankom til en rundkørsel. Bygningen er på højre side. Parker bilen langs gaden, og ring til Dudi. Han kommer ned for at hilse på dig.
Hvis du google-earth det, vil du se, hvordan du kommer dertil. Det kan vise et tomt område, fordi det er nyt.

Det tager cirka 30 minutter at komme hit fra lufthavnen.
Kort sagt: Hovedvej 1 til Tel Aviv til Hwy 20 (Ayalon) til Hwy 2 til Haifa, afkørsel Netanya syd, tag venstre på lyset. Foretag en anden til venstre på det andet lys, kom til rundkørslen. parker til højre.

Great Location; Wonderful Host

Beautiful apartment in clean and safe building. Just as pictured. Very shorty walk to dining and shopping at the Piano Center. Very close to beach. Great accommodation and value.

We visit Israel every year for a month, this apartment was one of the nicest we stayed in. Very clean and easy to get to, the manager was the most helpful, we have encountered. this is the first place we, would stay again.

Great apartment, east and friendly owner, fantastic location

The apartment is located close to Netanya but not in the middle, easier to come and go, just 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants within walking distance. Clean and convenient.

Great apartment. Perfect location and great host.

Great place to stay. We loved the apartment. Nice and specious and convenient to restaurants and stores and the mall. A quick 15 minute walk to the beach. Very attentive host and in building managers. They really took care of us and were there to help if needed. Looking forward to going back and staying in the apartment again.

Fantastic Apartment in Ir Yamim

We stayed here for 2 weeks during our family trip to Israel. The apartment was perfect--clean, beautifully decorated, great view of the beach and sea, and walking distance to the Piano and the sea. The owners are easy to reach and their communication was excellent. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We are planning to stay here again for our trip next summer!

Excellent apartment and location

Within walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, supermarket, mall and beach. Wonderful view of the Mediterranean. Host could not have been more helpful, even supplying non-listed amenities when asked if she knew where I could obtain them. Wish I had known about this listing in past years.

Great stay in Ir Yamim

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. I was there for two weeks, with my husband and two teen kids. It was exactly as described in the listing - clean, modernized, nice building, off street parking, very convenient to shopping, restaurants and to Poleg beach. The property manager was always available and responsive immediately (although we had very few issues, just a couple of questions). We would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, and cozy apartment. The apartment is has an amazing location near everything you need including the beach. Fantastic Apartment in Ir Yamim/Netanya

Lovely, spacious apartment in Ir Yamim. Very welcoming hosts. Property manager is a prince and lives right next door available to help with anything you need on your stay. Apartment is in the heart of Ir Yamim walking distance to beach, synagogues, outdoor Piano and the indoor mall shopping. Would recomend to anyone!

beautiful apartment

We stayed in this apartment during Passover 2011. Everything written on the website is totally accurate. The apartment is new, spacious, and beautiful. The building is new and there is parking in the garage under the building. The rental manager was great and addressed all of our needs. The view of the sea is beautiful and they are building a mall nearby which will be great for the area. We would definately stay here again. Our family loved it!

Poleg Beach Natanya Vacation Stay

The apartment is exactly as pictured and represented. The location is convenient to a beautiful natural beach which stretches for miles. Access is convenient to a grocery, shops and reasonable restaurants. A short cab ride to the rail system can take you to numerous tourism sites. The owner is very responsive and provided access to a local representative who was also very responsive and helpful, not only about the property, but also informing us about the local surroundings and teaching about the rail system. Overall, our stay is filled with positive memories.

The pros: The apartment is lovely and spacious. The view is great and the location is convenient to the beach, shopping and central highway.The cons: there was no body soap, shampoo/conditioner. There is a washer but no detergent. There were problems with the garage opener that lasted 4 days and there was construction going on, starting at 7:30AM!

A Slice of Heaven

We had a great experience at this beautiful apartment in Ir Yamim. The ocean view was breathtaking. The description was perfect. Everything was easy. The beach was a short drive away. There were grocery stores, restaurants and shopping walking distance from the building. The owner and property manager made sure we had everything we needed and were flexible with scheduling and our late arrival. We have family in Israel, will definitely book here again. We highly recommend this property.

Great Apartment in Netanya

We had a great stay at this Ir Yamim apartment. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The only minor complaint is that the beds were not all made and there were no pillows for the beds other than in the primary bedroom. There was also no soap for the washer and dishwasher. Usually these basics are available.

Comfy & Immaculate

Our family of five had the pleasure of staying in this extremely comfortable apartment. It was a restful spot / area to be in for the few days we had before our group tour began in Tiberias. The amenities in the apartment are top-notch. Believe me with three boys, we used them all. Too, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is very nice. The apartment is superbly clean and quiet. The views are spectacular especially at sunset and the beach was an easy walk away. The neighbors, Dudi and Perash, are truly wonderful & caring people. Upon our arrival, they went above & beyond the call of duty by helping us get provisioned with groceries for the weekend (as time was running short & we had not rented a car). Thank you too, Rickie, for providing an apartment that shows as it really is—very nice.

The Home of All Homes

From the moment we walked in the door we were literally overwhelmed with the sheer elegance and contemporary beauty of this magnificent beachfront “home”. It was our first time in Netanya, and our stay here convinced us that making Aliyah was the exact right thing to do! The three bedrooms were perfect, as were the bathrooms. The patio view was absolutely stunning, and we really had all that we needed and had ever planned for a hopefully luxurious family retreat. We’re sad to be leaving later this evening, but we absolutely, positively intend to return here again! On another final, the owner, Rickie, could not have been sweeter, kinder or more helpful from the moment we made contact with her. And the family that helps her manage the rentals for her home were beyond amazing with their help and support as well. It was easiest, most process to rent this apartment and we will never stay anywhere else!

Better than a hotel

The write up almost tells it all but it can't be better than a first hand experience. We vacationed in Netanya in late May, 2011 and opted for an apartment style vacation rather than the hotel one and it was an excellent experience. All the amenities listed were available including plenty of parking, exercise, closeness to the beach, and a fully loaded apartment as one might find in a hotel but of course better. We stayed for three weeks and didn't have to break the bank eating out every night as we had a full kitchen with a modern oven and a full refrigerator. We didn't have to bring an abundance of clothes as the washer/dryer proved more than adequate. Overall the apartment is spacious, quiet, and clean and you will not be disappointed. The beach is extremely clean as it is not yet popular or known about by most visiting tourists and within walking distance to the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location off the major Tel Aviv-Haifa highway and as a result it's easy access to the north and central parts of the country as well as Jerusalem area. The apartment was well maintained and our experience was amazing. I would recommend this apartment highly to anyone interested in staying in Israel.

This is our vacation home.
Im an artist, and you’ll find many of my paintings in the apt.
We are middle aged couple with two adult kids who love Israel.

This is the coolest vacation property. The views are spectacular. The proximity to the beach is so convenient. The location is fantastic for day trips all over Israel. Very short drive to the main freeway. This is a spacious and airy apt/condo.
Once you visit, you’ll want to come back every year, as our previous visitors have.
