Velkommen til Old Town Scottsdale! Vores hjem er blokke fra fabelagtig shopping, natteliv, kunstgallerier, forårstræning baseball, golf, vandreture, fantastisk mad og kasinoer også. Dette luksuriøse hjem med 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser er fuldt udstyret til at gøre din ferie fantastisk med fladskærms-tv i 3 værelser, herunder soveværelse. Opdateret badeværelser og køkken med apparater i rustfrit stål og bordplader af granit. Ejendommen tilbyder den perfekte opsætning til indendørs, udendørs sjov og underholdende. Der er en privat pool, boblebad, putting green, poolbord og sovepladser for op til 10 personer. Tre cykler leveres til en nem tur ind i den gamle by Scottsdale til mad og cocktails. Chapparal park er en blok væk med smukke gangbroer til søen og købmandsforretninger er også gåafstand. Fuldt udstyret til at rumme flere familier med børn eller en voksen flugt til ørkenen. Girls Trip

We had an incredible week staying at Rob’s property. Clean, close to restaurants, shops, etc. The neighborhood was safe for our morning walks around the park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The property was as advertised. The location was amazing, the house was clean, and the owner was extremely helpful. The only thing that was not perfect was that the pool was not heated (although we knew that when booking and they still have a hot tub). We would definitely stay here again.

Very generous and thoughtful hosts!! Clear instructions and prompt replies using the app. Our flight was canceled and Rob let us stay at the VRBO for the day so we had somewhere to wait for our rescheduled flight. There were lots of activities at the house and it’s very close to old town and groceries. Would highly recommend staying at this house!

Great Scottsdale house close to everything

This place had everything we needed for our guys trip. Great amenities, great location, 1.5 mi to Old Town, a couple of blocks from Chaparral Park, great walking trails around a lake and multiple ball fields. Highly recommend.

Scottsdale Central

Great place to stay, close to old town restaurants and ballparks. Walk for miles on the green belt thru town. Rob was a great host and helped with any of our needs. Pool and hot tub were huge and the pool table was a nightly hit with the family. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Golf group hangout

This house was perfect for our foursome, though it could easily accomodate 8. Pool table, darts, TVs, hot tub, laundry and well stocked spices. Everything was just really easy and we had excellent communication and there was never any difficulties finding it, getting in, or knowing what to do. Will definitely come back.

Great location with nice outdoor space

Scottsdale house was in an excellent location, near a lovely park and convenient to shopping. Master bathroom had a few issues with the shower having bursts of very cold water or hot water while showering that could be dangerous. Also sink had minimal hot water from the faucet and took awhile to warm up to be useable. Everyone enjoyed the putting green and using the hot tub. Firepit was an extra bonus and we had fun with family enjoying an evening by the firepit. The house definitely needs to be upgraded. Master bathroom wall was had lots of chips in the paint, hot tub had a temporary cover, furniture was worn and screen door was ripped.

Family trip

We enjoyed staying here. A couple disappointments was that we could never get in the pool it was way to cold even on the couple days it was in the 80's and we where all adults. The cooking pans need to be replaced also the master bed is very loud just getting in and out if it. The manager was great in getting back to us.

Great Location.

The house served as home base while we shopped and moved our boys in at Arizona State. Fit our needs perfectly. The communication by the property manager was great.

Great property manager/ owners!!

House was great we stayed 2 1/2 full months the property manager was awesome!! We didn’t have one issue and the house was a home away from home while we wanted for our new house to be built. The manger was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Nice and did the job but...

My family and I stayed Sunday to Sunday. The house was big and had enough room for everyone. For the most part was clean. But. It has a old smell to it. The 2 bigger beds creek so much that you can barely move without thinking you’ll break the bed. They can really use a bug service. Me and my family got eaten alive. Too many spider webs and spiders inside and around the house, my husband killed a couple of cockroaches inside the house. One in the room we were staying in. The master bathroom shower knobs were falling off and hard to turn the water on and off. The fridge buttons didn’t work for the ice. We weren’t told that there were extra supplies in the shed outside. Such as paper towels, toilet paper. So on our last day is when we discovered everything in there. After we already bought some. We also had to buy batteries for the remotes to work the TVs. The patio lights didn’t work, so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the evening on the patio. Time to update! We left pretty disappointed.

Hi and thank you for your response and feedback. Myself as reservation coordinator and the owner of the house appreciate any and all feedback ! First and foremost we apologize if your stay was not up to your standards as we strive our best to provide a clean and welcoming home to all of our guests. That being said let me address your specific concerns: 1. The house is usually very very clean compared to many other vacation properties in Old town Scottsdale. The owner of the house has been using the same cleaners for the past 10 years, 2. You mentioned that the house had an old smell to it. Granted the house was built in 1968 so it is old! But we have not had the feedback from the past three years of bookings and over 150 reservations of an old smell. We will try to place Air wick plugs to help mask the 'old smell' 3. Our apologies on the squeeky beds? Transparently speaking this is the first we have hear of this in over 3 years of reservations. Myself and the owner will lay on and roll around on the beds to see if we can hear the loud squeeking and try to remedy the noise if so. 4. The spider webs and other pest issues are a direct by product of the extremely wet cold and rainy spring we have had here in Scottsdale. Trust me...I am having the same issues at my home and even with montly pest control we still have bugs inside our house...….for example yesterday ! When the cleaners were here at home. Nonetheless we will of course spray and treat the house but that will not 100% eliminate all of the bugs for sure. 5. the master bathroom shower knobs. This was brought to my attention by your husband when I promptly dropped off the pool skimming basket and key for the storage shed (where the bikes are located). Your husband told me about the knobs and I offered to have the owners contractor come and fix is asap as we have 7 properties in the immediate area and the fact that we are always just minutes away and always respond immediately to guest problems or concerns So if the shower knobs were a problem.....that could have been eastly fixed during your stay. 6. The fridge buttons and ice maker are turned off for a reason that the city of Scottsdale water is very hard and poor tasting. We have had guests tell us that prior so we turn those things off at all of the properties. 7. the storage unit has extra TP and paper towels for all of the other properties. We provide a starter set of TP and paper towels and in no way provide a weeks worth

We had eight high school buddies getting together for beers, bbq’s and golf. The property was everything we were hoping for. Rob was great to work with and even came over in a moments notice to help with the TV and replace the propane tank for the BBQ. I highly recommend the property!

Beautiful well kept home close to EVERYTHING!

The home is very clean and much bigger than expected! Easily slept 10! The pool, hot tub, putting green and pool table were a big hit with our group. Walking distance to Chaparral Park and Old Town Scottsdale. Multiple golf courses and restaurants close by. If ever in Scottsdale again, would be our #1 choice to stay!

Perfect Location and Neighborhood

The house was absolutely perfect. The location is easy freeway access, 4 blocks from Walmart and within a couple miles from Camelback Park, hiking, upscale shopping, downtown Scottsdale and general shopping. There is a park with a lake and jogging/bike path one block from the house so that any family member can take time for themselves. The house was a perfect layout with plenty of amenities for each family member to stay busy. Two living rooms allowed two different TV parties (big plus) and the hot tub was a bonus since was pool was about 60 degrees and too cold to get in, but it was nice to look at. We came down for Ironman in November and was only 15 minutes from downtown Tempe and was a perfect location.

I am originally from Wisconsin and have lived in the Scottsdale/PHX area for the past 33 years. I enjoy the great weather, hiking, golf and all the fantastic restaurants/nightlife that Scottsdale has to offer!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Location, Location and of course - Location. Spring training baseball is mere minutes away, world class shopping at Scottsdale Fashion square is right down the street and restaurants/nightlife is a short walk or bike ride away. Plus, all the Valleys best events are located very close by - Waste management golf, Barrett Jackson, Spring training, Arabian horse show, AZ Bike week and even more

This property offers a great setup for anyone visiting the Scottsdale area. Perfect location and amenities. Enjoy the 5-bedroom house with a great open kitchen. Large area for TV/relaxing. A pool table and an additional area with another TV and bar setup. The outside has the sparkling pool, newer hot tub and putting green. Sweet!! Sleeps 8 comfortably and even 10 people is just fine.
