We (wife and I) will definitely come back to this rental again. It was perfect for the two of us. The building is older and there was some cosmetic issues issues, but nothing that would be a deal breaker for a return trip. Pool was great.

Clearwater 6C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time in Gulf Shores, the condo has an amazing balcony view of the beach. It is a bit outdated and could use some freshening up, but we weren’t there enough to be worried about that! We enjoyed the walk to several places up the beach and we took an Uber to FloraBama- just because our kids said we needed to see it.

Decor was very pretty with great beach view but property was dated and very worn. Sofa very worn and wrinkled. Lamp missing shade. Chipped floor tile. Stove top had 3 inch gap from wall making it easy to drop things in from counter overhang. Stove vent hood filter filthy. Sheets were old and knotty. Spills on floor and deck table. AC return air was thick with dust. Table top dirty. Property needed deep cleaning

Filthy.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was filthy. The couches are old with stains. The pillows were brown and stained. Kitchen utensils, pans, silverware was old and beat up. Elevator broke twice and it was filthy and rickety. Broken patio furniture. Stinky bedding. Spent the first two days of our trip cleaning and doing laundry.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 4. aug. 2026
We certainly regret the cleaning issues, as well as the elevator outages you experienced during your stay. Please know that we consider the failure to meet housekeeping standards unacceptable, and we apologize for your inconvenience. While we have compensated you for the housekeeping problems, we will also be compensating you for the elevator issues. We have appreciated your repeat patronage, and we hope to be able to host you again in the future.

4th of July Vacay

Great location, fireworks were beautiful on the 4th. The only improvement needed is updated pool chairs/tables and cleaning of the inside of the pool (around interior lining). The condo itself had everything we needed. A reserved parking spot in the shaded garage was an added plus and right by elevators.

Perfect little getaway!

The condo was very comfortable. The walk to the waterline is much shorter than other places we have stayed. The covered parking was very convenient to use as a staging area for the beach. We just left our ice chest in the truck and walked back and forth!

Great room.

Very easy to check in. Room was clean & tidy. Right on the beach was great. Complex was very quiet even in the evenings. Only down side was the low flow shower, but that was just a personal preference won’t not hesitate to rent this place again.
