Dear anonymous, not sure what was disgusting and unhelpful but it sounds like you are unhappy because you got charged a call out fee. You were intoxicated and less than polite when you called us, however it was explained to you at the time that there would be a call out fee if it was discovered that you had quite simply, used up all the hot water in the hot water cylinder. Apart from the odd person like yourself, our reviews are very good and we are glad you won't be using us again, as we certainly don't want you back. Have a nice day :) The team at Goodstays.

Hi Seline, Thank you for your kind review :-) We are so glad you enjoyed the property and the amazing views from the spa. We will look forward to hearing from you the next time you plan a trip to Queenstown or Wanaka. Safe travels, Goodstays
