Regarding the mandatory online pre check-in process, we want to clarify that this requirement is set by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and community rules, similar to hotel check-in procedures. The submission of all guests' passports and credit card photos in advance via a secure site is designed to streamline and facilitate your arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in experience. This process helps us comply with community regulations and enhances security for all guests. We understand it may feel a bit cumbersome, but it is standard practice aligned with HOA policies to maintain safety and order within the community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you prefer to bypass these HOA requirements in the future, we do have condos available for sale within the community. Ownership allows more flexibility with check-in procedures and documentation. Please feel free to reach out if you would like more information about purchasing a unit.

To clarify, we have hosted many guests and none have had issues with loud music. It is not always the case and it is out of our control what happens outside the community. There are months that go by with no live entertainment or music of any kind at any volume. There are many business, restaurants, bars outside the community and we have no control on what type of entertainment or how loud it can be. Also, during your stay noise you complained about was only until 7PM on weekdays and 5PM on weekends. We had curfew in place during your stay where all businesses have to close at those times. I would recommend Isla Saona for your future stay in the DR. Isolated island where you might only hear the sound of coconuts when they hit the ground. ;-)
