Excellent property, fun location, amazing vacation! Parking was the only challenge. One parking spot for so many people/bedrooms was not ideal, and a walking bridge was closed making the walk to additional paid parking longer than usual.

This condo was great for our group of 14. Very well furnished & stocked. Cannot beat the location— you can easily ski to Summit Express or the River Run Gondola, but you can also walk to the cutest little village with restaurants, shopping, and groceries in less than 5 minutes. We will be back!

We loved the property. Had plenty of room for the entire family. We were there to celebrate our granddaughter’s 16th birthday. We usually stay in Breckenridge but glad we chose this property. We will definitely be back.

Get location! It is a short walk to the River Run Village!

Very open and we enjoyed the large dining table! The outside decks were also very nice as well as all the bedrooms!

Perfect for keystone skiing

We’ve stayed in this building before, and it’s one of the few IDEAL spots for keystone skiing. Most condos in River Run are good. This one is GREAT. It’s big, is nice. Is true ski in and out. Parking is good.

Expectations dashed

We thought we were getting a property with a pool and hot tub. When we arrived neither was in operation and management did not compensate us for this. If you are looking to have your vacation ruined, this is the perfect place.

Great location and size for a family!

The condo was perfect for our large family! There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great for ski in and ski out. We have several children of differing abilities, so it made it easy for us to bring some of them in when they got tired. The hot tub and pool we’re great amenities. The managers were easy to get in contact with. We had no complaints!

Great location, we had no car so ate mainly in condo and River Run restaurants. We especially liked Zumba, Kickapoo Tavern, Sake 9280. Not ski in ski out for us when we went (too little snow) but very close to Summit Lift and Gondola, easily walkable with 4 children. Well maintained hot tub, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Timbers 3082 has a well appointed kitchen, good appliances, and plenty of space in the living area. 2 twin bedrooms downstairs had no storage or usable drawers to unpack. The 2 primary bedrooms were spacious, well laid out, with big bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs and steam showers. Nice laundry, pantry and coffee bar. Loft bunks and upstairs bedroom handled 4 nicely. Property manager promptly sent bath tub plug requested. 6 adults and 4 kids were quite comfortable except for lack of drawers in twins downstairs as noted above because one chest/armoire had 3 stuck drawers with stuff in them. Great place to stay for a big family or 2 families!
