We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed, was very organized and was spitlessly clean.

Always nice

I accidentally double tapped at the end of my review so I'm not going to retype all I said. It was a nice stay, maintenance fixed what they could and online support was quick and helpful. Check in was different this year but a good change up.

Great experience with BCA Furnished Apartments

I stayed in Atlanta with BCA Furnished Apartments and I had a great experience. The service, attention, and great hosts made my trip. Cleaning service every two weeks is great as well. I would definitely stay with them on my next one.

Great comfortable and safe stay with a lot of fun with the community

I had a great 2 week stay in the accommodation. The place is quiet and safe. You have community days in the community room. That's a lot of fun! Facilities are super clean! Check-in and check-out were super easy! Thanks for the great stay! Team BCA response: Hey Katharina, we're very happy to hear that you had such a great stay. Nothing makes us happier than knowing our guests feel safe. And of course, we take pride in keeping our facilities super clean. We hope you choose to stay with us again next time you're in Atlanta.

Awesome long term rental!

I needed a 10 week rental as I was working in Atlanta for that time. The BCA apartment was perfect. Great location, great floorplan, clean, and modern. The underground parking was a huge plus. Communication with the BCA team was great - efficient and effective. I definitely recommend BCA and will be using them again should I need a rental like this. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. We hope that you also got to enjoy your time here in Atlanta while you were with us. Thank you again for the recommendation and we hope to see you again next time you are in town.

Great experience

I was so glad I chose BCA apartments for a four-night stay. The apartment was quietl, modern, and well-furnished. The area (Midtown) couldn't have been more convenient, with a metro station, restaurants, and a Whole Foods supermarket nearby. I found the arrival instructions clear and simple to follow. All in all, a great experience. I would come again. Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found everything to be clear, convenient, and comfortable! You are always welcome back anytime you are in Atlanta.

Very clean comfortable

We loved its location. The little balcony over the pool was great. Not your job but the management of that building really needs to clean the steps and the loungers and the step where the loungers are they have a little robot cleaner that cleans the pool. The pool was pretty clean, but it's so dusty in Atlanta and the steps the little robot couldn't get up on them and they don't clean the loungers or the big step with the loungers on them so that's just a little feedback that your company can give to the management of the building. We loved the apartment all the amenities we it was great to be able to wash and dry the clothes and iron the beds were clean and comfortable. The TVs worked great the appliances were great. There was one outlet that didn't work so we thought the toaster was broken, but we moved it and then it worked fine. We have definitely five stars and it would stay there again.

Spectrum on spring

The apartment is wonderful and put together awesome. Jamie and his team are amazing. The building maintenance might want to look into more quality with the doors to the elevator and the elevator itself. Was down very frequently during our stay Team BCA Response: We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your time with us in our Spectacular Suite. We know that there was an ongoing issue with the elevators in the building. Thank you for all your patience and feedback. The building has been working on finding a permanent solution and they are on the right track.

Stay April 27 to 30

Very clean, spacious apartment and we felt safe during our stay. The check in was a bit confusing and very involved. It took a day to learn my way around all the keys, the elevators and the complex. Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found our apartment to be clean, spacious and safe. We apologize for any confusion that you experienced during check-in. We understand that navigating a new environment can be overwhelming at times, and we regret any inconvenience caused. We will take your feedback into consideration as we look for ways to improve the check-in process and make it more efficient and user-friendly for our guests.

Quiet apartment/Good location

The apartment is modern and comfortable in a quiet apartment building convenient to the Arts Center Marta station, Midtown, and GA Tech. Hotel Grenada, just up 16th street to Peachtree, has a lovely courtyard for cocktails and small plates. Retrieving the key was a little confusing, and the garage door pass only worked from the street entrance, not the inside entrance. Overall an excellent option. Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave BCA Furnished Apartment a great review! We are pleased to see that you found our apartment comfortable and modern. Thank you for also sharing the cute cocktail spot up the road from the property. We will be sure to check this out and add to our website for things to do in the area 🙂 We apologize for any confusion with retrieving the keys and using the garage door pass. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will make sure our future guest has a more seamless experience.

Ecxelente, pero hasta lo bueno puede mejorar

Muy limpio, bien mantenido, bonito, acogedor y buena ubicación. Totalmente precisas las instrucciones para check in y check out. Sería un gran detalle aunque sea una botella de agua de cortesía, pues los supermercados quedan muy lejos para salir a comprar una. Por lo demás todo amor bien Team BCA Response: Thank you very much for your kind review. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you found our apartment to be so clean and cozy. Thank you for your suggestion about bottles of water. To help protect the environment, rather than bottles of water, we provide filtered tap water and fresh ice from the freezer in each apartment. That way you can have fresh water whenever you like. For our guests who would rather have bottled water, our property guide has a list of nearby grocery stores.

Good place and location, some things not so good

Overall, this was a good stay. It's a great location near the event we attended. No issues with other residents. Parking is great! I thought the whole retrieving your keys and all the steps to follow were a little overwhelming at first but I was able to get everything done successfully! I wasn't sure at first which is why I kept going back to the garage repeatedly to make sure my car wasn't towed or booted. One thing about the apartment itself is the breaker kept tripping in the bedroom. It was very random and would usually happen in the middle of the night. We would wake up with no AC and the ceiling fan off so it was hot and stuffy. Something kept tripping it but we had nothing plugged in other than our smart phone charger. My wife tried calling the manager and got a voicemail to leave her number and they would call back but no one ever did. Other than that, everything was fine. Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're so glad you enjoyed the location, parking, and overall stay. We're truly sorry for the breaker issue and for the missed call back, this isn't the level of care we want our guests to feel. The breaker problem has been fully resolved, and we're also looking at ways to make parking registration feel simpler. Your feedback helps us grow, and we'd love the chance to host you again so you can see the improvements firsthand.

Fabulous One Bedroom Apartment

Although the whole check in process was a bit complicated for a three night stay and definitely more complicated then any other Airbnb we have stayed at, we were extremely pleased with the apartment and location. It looked brand new throughout including the towels and linens, and it would be quite comfortable for a week or even a month's stay. Furniture, bed, and bar stools were all very comfortable and the parking garage had ample parking available. We had a great stay. Thanks Team BCA Response: Thank you for your kind review and all your feedback. I have let the cleaning team know what you said about the cleanliness of the apartment and how new it felt. They work very hard to make sure that each guest gets that brand-new apartment feeling. They greatly appreciated hearing your kind words. We do perform our due diligence when checking in guests. Each guest fills out the same check-in form. We want to ensure the most safety possible for our guests, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the check-in process.

Construction

Construction was horrible in front of the building they probably should have mentioned that before renting , unit was very nice & clean but the pool area was horrible very dirty no maintenance clean up whatsoever !! Pool & the area was very dirty
Svar fra VrboOwner den 12. jan. 2021
We are sorry to hear about your frustrations during your stay. We do wish you had brought these concerns to our attention during your stay. The City of Atlanta is growing and there is some construction going on outside. There are (2) garage entrances to the building to help with ease of access. One is on the opposite side of the construction. All of our units are interior apartments, shielding you from all of the noise. The pool is open year-round and exposed to the elements such as leaf debris. I am sorry that it was not taken care of during your stay, but since your departure I have seen it myself and the debris was cleared. With this property, the best way to resolve any issue is to contact us immediately so we can get ahold of the maintenance staff that is on-site. Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to hear that you found your apartment clean and very nice.
