Beautiful Place!

We loved our stay and would definitely come back again! My kids had a great time, the pool was really nice and the the fishing dock was great for my husband and son to fish.

Short Stay

The heated pool was nice and the beach was a short drive! Walked with the kids to a restaurant about 12 min.

We enjoyed our view! Loved seeing the dolphins and sea turtles off the private pier . The pool at the facility was clean and nice. Our condo was very nice! We rented a golf cart had easy access around town and beach!

Enjoyable experience

Property is very clean, updated, and safe. Pictures are exactly like the condo. The pool and pavilion are well maintained. We kept seeing a porpoise right by the pier. Security checked the pool and pier making sure there was only Channelview guests. We spent time at the McGee park/beach and this location was very close to it. We are looking forward to returning again.

Nice location ok condo

This property was all we thought it would be! Only problem was the cleanliness! The furniture needs shampooed and floors need mopped! We had to put shoes on after showers to keep feet clean. The toilet in master bath needs valves and seals ,hall bath needs faucet fixed, and kitchen faucet needs tightened!

Beautiful View

Beautiful Property. Spacious & Quiet. When we got there the elevator wasnt wrking so we had to stair it several times with all our luggage 3 floors even though it was 2nd floor. My 76yr old mom wasnt happy going up & down. Finally fixed it after we was done unloading. But the neighbors laughed & said good luck because apparently it constantly breaks down & have to call maintenance to reset it.

Family Stay In Port Aransas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, the condo was in well kept condition!! The private pier for fishing is quite the treat, often crowded which is to be expected for such a lovely spot to enjoy. The lights and convenience of the pier are enjoyable and clean. Even when not fishing, it was nice to see the sea life right underneath us!! Our family has vacationed here for many years and it’s always a pleasure for our much needed get away from the city. I do recommend if advertising a working “heated” pool, that it indeed be as such. In the evening, I’ve noticed the lights in the pool are flickering, which seems highly unsafe... not to mention the pool never seems heated at all. We’ve avoided using the swimming pool because of the listed conditions. Our stay has always been enjoyable and very comfortable. I look forward to returning as much as possible. The convenience of having a golf cart delivered is wonderful, and so is having an elevator to use for taking luggage up. I always recommend this lovely little place to anyone looking to visit Port Aransas. We find a new gem of activity, restaurant, or shop each time we visit. The rooms are very spacious and the decor is absolutely complementing to the beautiful views.
