En perfekt gårdhave til udendørs spisning til at se de storslåede solnedgange.
Enheden har to soveværelser og to komplette badeværelser med en kingsize-seng i master-værelse, en queensize-seng og 1 enkeltseng i det andet soveværelse. (Sover 5)
Ejendommen er meget bekvemt beliggende på det sydlige 7 Mile Beach og har en swimmingpool med grillplads, loungestole / parasoller og en oplyst tennisbane. Du har en gratis privat udpeget parkeringsplads. Lejligheden er beliggende i et roligt og afsondret sted, men alligevel tæt på en vidunderlig købmand på øen (du kan endda få dine dagligvarer leveret), top barer og restauranter, motionscenter, bageri, apotek og meget morel! Nogle af de bedste snorklinger på Seven Mile Beach er lige uden for lejligheden, ved vraget af Gamma, virkelig fantastisk!

The location was fantastic. We were only a few minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The property is right on the beach and very well maintained. Would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing views and beach front. Shell filled beach but easy to walk to a swimming dock. The snorkeling to a shipwreck right off shore was awesome.

Great unit and location. Liked the quiet atmosphere and people we met. Several were owners of units. Pool an access to beach were great. Appliances were good. Beds need to be upgraded. Beach towels and chairs were good to take to other beaches

Wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed 6 wonderful nights at this beachfront condo. We were able to snorkel right outside our door, enjoyed access to several other beaches and just minutes to downtown for dinners. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

My wife and I stayed at Cocoplum for 2 weeks. The ocean front views are incredible. The location was great as well, close to everything along 7 Mile Beach and less than a mile from the pier and downtown Georgetown, also very quiet and away from the crowds. Jayne, the property manager, was extremely attentive and friendly. We would recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the action but with lots of privacy.

Relaxing beach condo complex

Really enjoyed the visit and our stay at this property. Beautiful grounds and very comfortable unit. Condo had everything we needed. Other guests were very friendly. Hope to return again.

Awesome place for our family

It was nice to be out of the way of the large resorts in a quieter setting with a pool and wreck snorkeling just off the beach. Loved the sunset views and easy and close parking. Anything we needed was included with the condo including kitchen amenities.

Late June 2025 stay

We were very happy with the Vrbo. Cocoplum was close to many restaurants and activities. A shower drive from airport and Georgetown. Clean, comfortable, oceanfront. I’d definitely stay here again. There is also the wreck of the gamma close to shore, which is excellent for snorkeling right off the beach acccessed from the property.

Quiet and Beautiful

We stayed 6 nights in this condo. We enjoyed the views of the ocean. The cruise ships were also beautiful to see and the snorkeling nearby was a hit with my family. The sunken shipwreck was close by with lots of fish to see.

Couldn’t ask for more!

We loved our time at this condo! The unit was clean & bright with a view that is unbeatable. Easy access to pool & beach, and the condo’s central location is perfect for exploring the island. We’d recommend it to friends & family and look forward to returning!

lovely spot for families

We enjoyed our stay and the privacy this location has. The unit was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is dated and could use nicer quality cooking pans and better quality small appliances (toaster, blender etc) but the bathrooms are renovated, the pool is very clean, the beach is beautiful and private and the air conditioning is very cold. We would recommend the unit for a family trip.

Lovely beachfront condo

Our family stayed here in March. We chose the Cayman Islands to get my daughter scuba certified. This was the perfect place for our stay. Fantastic location. Right on the beach. Walking distance to a gym and yoga studio. Lots of restaurants near by. The condo itself was perfect. Great lay out. Would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful place for first time visit

This property is very centrally and conveniently located near lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a gym and many other amenities. We looked at many options for our first visit to Grand Cayman and are very happy we chose this location on seven mile beach. Great communication by property manager and condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Would stay again!

A nice stay. Condo has a pretty water view; Near shopping and restaurants but quiet. (Pool looks considerably bigger in the listing).

Great quiet location with close proximity to commercial areas and 7-mile beach. Jayne is very responsive and accommodative. There are many thoughtful amenities not mentioned such as beach chairs, floats, glad lunch boxes, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook a full meal.

The perfect accomodations

We stayed at 7 miles beach in the Grand Cayman and stayed in a condo in the perfect location with a perfect view. We had access to restaurants, bars, shopping and the food market within walking distance. Cocoplum was quiet, clean and just a few steps to the beach. The island is so beautiful and most importantly, its people are very helpful and friendly. At no point we felt unsafe!

You can snorkel a wreck right off the beach. Walk to Georgetown, see the Cruise ships come in but not to deal with crowds. Quiet and relaxing complex.
