My family and I had the best time at this home. The home was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of to cook with. Hot tub was AMAZING! Not to mention the absolutely perfect location, just minutes to town! We will definitely stay here every time we come to Breck!

Family trip

We loved the property and location. The moose and her baby visited us daily. Would stay here again for sure.

Ski Trip

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed.

From the prep info, to the amenities and surprise bottle of wine, everything about staying here was a treat. Highly recommended.

Family trip kids spring break

Property was perfect for our family ski trip of 2 adults and 3kids under 10 . Beautiful setting and very comfortable with all necessary supplies for a family on vacation. Great location . 10 - 15 minute drive to ski slope The kids loved the hot tub.

Ski Break

Very comfortable and quiet! Excellent amenities throughout. Kitchen very functional and included everything for a week stay. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Location was really convenient to ski areas. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms. Appreciated the bottle of wine from a good Colorado vineyard! Accommodated a family perfectly!

Great Place!

The house was conveniently located close to downtown Breckenridge, but still secluded in the mountainside. The home itself was stunning, immaculate, and fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items for preparing full meals. It exceeded all expectations!

Beautiful Breckenridge home for family get-away!

What a wonderful Breckenridge retreat for our New Years family get-away! Close to downtown Breckenridge, yet 10 min. away tucked up in the mountainside, surrounded by lodgepole pines. Home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with kitchen items needed for full meal prep. Hot tub under the stars was a fun way to unwind after a day of skiing!

This property was fantastic, and we’d absolutely stay here again. The host has thought of everything. It was one of the most well-stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, with every convenience you could imagine. The heated floors were amazing and made the stay extra comfortable.We also loved driving the nearby loop and saw an incredible amount of wildlife—it was one of the highlights of our trip.The only negative had nothing to do with the host. Our biggest issue was the neighbor. We were woken up very early each morning by loud, heavy stomping from the neighboring unit, and we could hear furniture or other heavy items being dragged across the floor. When she spoke to us, she was rude rather than simply asking us politely, which made us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, that detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience. This isn’t a reflection of the host or the property itself, but it’s something future guests should be aware of.Overall, this is an outstanding place to stay, and we’d definitely book it again.

Cassie, a place that feels genuinely thought-through from the moment you walk in is exactly what a great getaway should be, and knowing the heated floors made those mornings extra cozy is great to hear. The wildlife loop sounds like it delivered something pretty memorable on top of that. The neighbor situation is noted and appreciated, your candor helps more than you know. Hoping the next visit is all comfort and zero early-morning interruptions.

Great Experience!

This property is highly recommended to stay. Definitely would stay there again. It is located on the side of the mountain and had nice friendly neighbors. You do need an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive to get there safely in the winter, which we had thankfully. The beds were very comfortable which for my family is very important. So we slept well. I do recommend this property to anyone that is staying in Breckenridge.

Clean and Close and Quiet with a hot tub

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here with friends. We came back because of the location and cleanliness of the place. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. There is also a garage for your vehicle, all wheel drive would be preferred but I had no problem in 2 wheel drive with snow tires.

Perfect spot for a family ski getaway!

Our family had a great experience staying at this cabin for our spring break. The cabin was spotless, was well-appointed with everything we would need for our stay, and the host provided clear, prompt communication. The location was quiet and private, but a quick, easy drive into downtown Breckenridge and to the Gondola lots at Breck. We would definitely stay here again! One heads up for families traveling with younger children - the primary bedroom suite is two levels above the other two bedrooms - which my teen and tween loved, but might be a little scary for littles.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The home is throughly stocked with everything you need and more. It was so nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing. AMAZING getaway!!

This property exceeded our expectations! The drive up to it is stunning (4x4 or AWD required). And the home that’s waiting for you is clean, comfortable and well stocked. There are beautiful mountain views from the large kitchen windows. The moose and beautiful fox were amazing to see! The layout is perfect for a large family with the master on the third floor and the other two bedrooms on the first. We truly cherished our time there and hope to return!
