I rarely write reviews but there are lots of great things to say about this rental. First, it's location is perfect for restaurants, groceries, events, walking/biking, even Old Town Scottsdale. The rental was very nice, clean and comfortable with great amenities. Great kitchen with everything needed for cooking, a nice patio to relax on. Didn't go to the pool, hot tub, or gym so I can't say but suspect it was just as good. Dana was a great host and provided directions and all the information needed in a timely manner and was fast to respond to questions. There was even snacks and bottled water when we arrived. One of the best we've ever stayed at. Would definitely rent again when we come back to the area

The condo had everything you could possibly need. We really appreciated the goodie basket and water when we arrived as we had not gone grocery shopping yet. The condo is spacious, the king size bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is nice, and the location is close to everything. This condo and host is A

Perfect location for our stay. Such a close walk to restaurants. Having the grocery store right across the street was amazing. The place was clean and it was perfect for our week away. The pool was nice and big. We will be back again. Thanks so much

Scottsdale Condo

Everything about our time at the Condo was very positive. Great location, plenty of places to eat in walking distance of the condo. The grounds of the condo were well maintained, pool area very clean. I would recommend this place as a great place to stay.

Pool and hot tub close way too soon at night. By time we got home, we didn't have time to just hang out and relax in the pool or hot tub. Area, other than that, it was very nice

Dana was a great host even had a basket of goodies waiting for us when we walked inLocation was perfect exactly what we were looking for on our trip.Everything was very well stocked for us and Dana was very responsive to our questions asked. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable!!

Wonderful host and location, updating needed

Dana is great, location the same. Unit needs furniture updating, especially the mattress. Cleanliness was an issue, particularly the floors. But our stay at Maya was wonderful. Dana could have a great unit with some work.

Great location, great host

Dana is a stellar host, super responsive to our questions before and during our stay. She had a welcome basket with snacks and water, and she provided thorough and clear instructions about amenities and locations, etc. The unit has a well-stocked kitchen and was clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool and hot tub were nicely heated for January stay. Shared laundry machines available in the complex for a small fee. Location can’t be beat - walkable to night life, hiking, restaurants, groceries, shopping. Would recommend this host and property!

Nice clean updated condo

My wife and I stayed in this condo and it was exactly as described! It was clean and updated and will meet your expectations! Nice patio gets morning sun where we enjoyed coffee every morning. The kitchen and bathroom has been updated and the owner has thought of everything you might have forgot to bring. The pool area was nice and not too crowded .Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay , and convenient to old town shopping and restaurants .We would go back!

Condo is in a great location for walking to Old Town, restaurants, bars and shopping. Very clean and had everything you need for a weekend, week or month. Even a basket of snacks upon your arrival.

Great Location! Great Unit!

No surprises here, which is what I want most. The unit, the host, and the location are superb. I would only mention that the a/c filter in the bedroom needs to be cleaned or replaced but the unit was very clean and well equipped. Having the Sprouts grocery store across the street is so convenient, especially for long term guests. I plan on visiting Scottsdale several times a year and hope this unit will be available.

Great Property

This condo was exactly what I was looking for, and exactly as described. Great location near Old Town Scottsdale. Well appointed. Good working AC (it was record high heat this week), even had a separate unit in the bedroom that was terrific. Great pots, pans, dishes, etc. in the kitchen.

Great place!

It is a wonderful place and host is very responsive. Snacks and water were waiting when we arrived. The patio is wonderful. Location is great with an easy walk to Old Town. The pool is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend and look forward to returning!

It was a pleasant experience

I have not traveled for years so I was a bit nervous about this especially not knowing the area. The property manager answered all my questions about activities and what to do in the area. She answered any question I had and gave me some insight on the neighborhood. Check in was easy and she was always available if we needed anything. When we got there she had some snacks, goodies and water, which was great after a long flight. I would definitely rebook with her when I come back to the area. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Summer getaway

Perfect spot for a quick Scottsdale getaway, perfect location to old town Scottsdale. The place was great nice size for 2 the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the Sun. We plan on returning soon.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

If you’re visiting Scottsdale, look no further! (Unless it’s Memorual Day weekend, cause we are coming back every year!) This condo is a great location, walkable to Old Town Scottsdale, shops, bars, groceries and restaurants. The complex itself is clean, secure and easily accessible. The pool is a great design with plenty of seating and lounging in sun and shade. The condo has every amenity you could possibly need. The host went thru extensive effort to make sure there was an item for any possible situation that could arise from an ironing board and febreeze to a fully equipped kitchen (every dish, glass, bowl, utensil you could think of) and even some snacks and water! The host was fantastic, had great communication and was extremely easy to work with. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience…helped make our getaway fun and carefree.

Condo was adequate

Good location, fairly clean, bed was very comfortable. Pool and spa area very nice. The condo building is very old, and does smell very old. Before you book, check with owner prior, as we had a major issue that made the condo unbearable to stay in. Also, the floors need to be mopped after each visitor, as my bare feet turned black from walking around the condo.

The owner took great care to address a couple of early concerns that were specific to our needs. The suite is comfortable, and clean and was nicer than our suite at the Hilton in Sedona!

Lovely Vrbo - Close to Old Town

This cute /clean condo was absolutely perfect! It’s so close to Old Town- just a quick Uber or golf cart ride away ! The condo had everything from parking, a pool, a full kitchen and a great patio! Close to the airport too ! We loved the little snacks left w bottled water such A Nice touch ! There were even frozen beer mugs in the freezer! Easy access to the unit and very nice since it’s ground level! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The condo was very clean and organized. It is close to shopping, the grocery store and drug store. It was nice to walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town and the “art walk” on Thursday evenings.

There is always something going on in Scottsdale! The unit and surrounding area are quiet and relaxing yet a couple of blocks to all of the Old Town action. The location is within walking distance to the Entertainment District, Scottsdale Fashion Square, shopping, numerous restaurants, parks and more!

Directly across the street you can walk to many restaurants (Pasta Brioni Italian, Wok N Roll sushi, Zipps sports bar, Clancey's Irish Pub and Pizza Hut), Starbucks, various shops such as a barber, two nail salons, massage therapy, Sprouts grocery store, gas station/convenience store and much more. Staying on property is inviting, quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub are great places to relax after going out for brunch and the gas BBQ grills and ping pong table at the pool make it a great place to hang out. The complex has a resort style feel and you will not be disappointed with the outdoor amenities.

The condo's private patio has both a covered and unconvered portion with plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather!
