Dette er en charmerende bygning med alt hvad du behøver for at gøre dit ophold på LBTS en mindeværdig. Vi har tre 1 soveværelse lejligheder og to studier / effektivitet i bygningen.

Nyligt renoveret og opdateret det er skridt væk fra sandet, dykning, restauranter, shopping og natteliv, der har sat South Florida på kortet. Vi er bekvemt placeret i hjertet af Lauderdale by the Sea, hvilket gør vores ejendomme en ideel ferie destination for forretnings- og ferierejsende. Great stay

I had a great stay at 4145 By The Sea! The place was very very clean!! The owner was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. It’s in a great area, minutes away from a lot of restaurants, bars, the beach and more. I would definitely come back here if I was in the area.

Very friendly!

Very friendly and helpful! They cleaned our room once a week with new bedding and towels too. They really keep the whole place up beautifully! We loved our stay there.

Great location

This was a great spot for walking to everything we could need: beach, restaurants, groceries, coffee, etc…. The space was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because internet was frustratingly intermittent, and there were people walking through our “private” patio area.

Clean Unit

The unit is clean, and the bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. I didn’t use kitchen or the other bed so I can’t speak to that. The pictures are a bit misleading as the exterior of unit 5 isn’t very wide and is dark so it was not appealing to me as an outdoor area that would be enjoyable. Also, the exterior lights along the pathway that lead to the units are lit from inside the respective units. So if the lights have not been turned on by the occupants and it’s nighttime , it’s pitch black as you walk down the pathway to your unit. I also note that the only trash receptacle is in the kitchen, so you have to walk to kitchen to dispose of trash. A small trash can in bathroom and bedroom would have been nice. Location is good as it’s across the street from a beach entrance and close to various commercial establishments. There isn’t a door to the master bedroom ( which is across from living area) so if privacy is important , you should consider this fact.

Dear Carol, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are very happy you appreciated the unit. It would have been good to ask me some questions regarding some of your comments because there are little trash cans in each bathrooms they are inside the cabinet, there is also a sliding door between the Master Bedroom and the living room, it is inside the wall and you could have your privacy. For the lights, as soon as we changed hours, we changed the outdoor lights timing, now the building have lights earlier because it is winter season. We also have the garden cut so the private terrace have much more sun ;-)

Upon arrival the door code we received that morning didn’t work. We had travelled a long distance and arrived at 8 pm. it took an eventual call in the dark to be told, “ Didn’t you get the new code?” Of course we hadn’t since it was never sent. Tough way to start for two seniors.For our departure we had requested an extra half hour, 11:30 rather than 11AM. The owner agreed. However at 10:58 a very aggressive cleaning lady pounded on the door and said, “You need to leave by 11”. I explained we had been given until 11:30. She didn’t accept this and started to tell me about another guest needed to get into the unit. I called the managerand the owner. They agreed we had until 11:30 But neither really took ownership! This was extremely distressing to us for the second time.It is a shame that we had these issues since the unit matches the VRBO listing. Communication needs serious improvement.

Absolutely perfect location, and great home base for beach and fun

Adorable multi-unit property. Had everything you need: comfortable living quarters, provided outdoor space with tables, lounge chairs, and grill, beach stuff like chairs and boogie board, etc. You are located just 2 blocks from every thing you can need for a perfect vacation. Highly recommend.

The property is just as described. Instructions precise. Very close to the beach. The crosswalk is really more of a take off and run because no one stops. I wish there was a cooler and a couple of chairs to take to the beach. The tennis court is private and cannot be used by visitors. The stay was very enjoyable. Bring tennis shoes as you will walk everywhere.

Wonderful stay near the beach

Owners are extremely responsive and were very generous and flexible with our changing airline schedule and check-in/out times. You are 1.5 blocks from the beach and walking distance to numerous delightful shops and restaurants in LBTS. As the end unit, you have a lovely small back patio all to yourself, which is lovely for meals. Only downside would be noise from the adjacent units, but it wasn't terrible. Lovely stay and property, thanks again!

Mini Family Vacation & Celebrating Hubby Birthday

Had a great time at this location. Check in was super easy, Manager was communicative as to when the room would be ready and responsive to any concerns. Felt very secure and safe traveling with the family with small children. Location was quiet, clean and smelled good ( loved the two full bathrooms) Great location close to the beach and easy enter and exit from the room. Met the housekeeper lady who was very nice and said goodbye when we left. Lots of choices for food from McDonald's to Cajun Style food. Just enough towels and linen for what we needed to be comfortable. Beds were super comfy if the weather was not so nice we would've stayed in it all day. Now that we are now back in cold Michigan, we are wanting to come back to that 80 degree weather really soon. Great hosts!!! Only thing that would have been a nice touch may have been a balloon or two saying Happy Birthday n the room since when registering it gives the opportunity to disclose reason or occasion for travel . Overall though it was worth every cent!!!!

Loved Lauderdale-by-the-Sea!!

A perfect 5 day stay at 4145 By The Sea Inn and Suites! Our 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo was super clean, very quiet and comfortable, especially the king size bed. Nicolas was a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed! There was a lovely seating area outside the living room where you could enjoy morning coffee. Walking to the beach was very easy and Aruba on the Beach served delicious food with seating outside and inside! Just be aware that there are just enough parking for the 7 units and the spaces are a bit tight. I would highly recommend Nicolas and Majorie's condo for your stay in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea! Deborah

Three day stay

The unit was nice and everything clean. The owner was very attentive and helped us whenever we asked. Having never been to this area, the pictures were deceiving. I knew you had to walk to the beach but I got the impression that the addirondack chairs and the path was near the unit. It's not, that's about a ten minute walk from the unit. Everything was within walking distance and we used UBER when we went further.

Awesome!

My boyfriend and I loved this place. It was within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was more than we expected. It was very clean, easy to access, and we loved that we had a kitchen so we could cook and not have to go out for every meal. When I had to contact Connie about a parking pass she was quick to respond and took care of my issue right away. We loved our stay here and we will definitely consider it for future trips!

This property is across the street from the ocean. A very short walk. It's quiet, charming and quaint. It has everything you need to make it your home during your next vacation/seasonal stay. The area is just fabulous- there's nothing like it.
