Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a place for the weekend on short notice, and Matt with Suncastle provided us with multiple options. We selected this one based on the lakeside view, and it did not disappoint. Coffee on the screened porch overlooking the lake was a peaceful way to start the day! The property was clean and comfortable and contained all the amenities we needed for our stay.

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay was! The home was ideally located for walks in the peaceful and pretty neighborhood and walks on the beautiful beach. The condo was very spacious and had everything to make our month stay easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this VRBO to all!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A/C doesn’t cool upstairs. Furniture is worn and musty. Plastic plates. We left after three days into a seven day reservation. Suncastle said they would offer something better, but never followed through.

Great Holiday in Sawgrass

We enjoyed our stay at Quail Point in Sawgrass! The condo was in really good shape and we had some magnificent sunrises over the pond outside the bedroom.

Great view.

The property has a nice waterfront view with the golf course running along side. The screen porch is large and was a great area to relax after a long day. The 2 second floor bedroom suites were good size and the additional half bath on the first floor is nice if you have guests over. The only issue or situation that I wish we would have known before renting was the fact that you couldn’t use the beach club area nor was there any beach parking immediately nearby . There is however a very nice public beach access maybe 3 miles down (Mickler’s beach) that has bathrooms and changing areas. We did have access to a smaller pool within the subdivision but again it was not walkable. Once we were there for a few days we developed our daily routine and not being able to access the beach club area was really not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this property and would consider renting again on future visits.

Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely place with a beautiful view but, could use some updating on the description. It says it has a K cup coffee pot but instead had 5 drip pots on cabinet and closets. Description did not match pictures so we figured the description would be more up to date than pictures. So, be prepared to make a pot of coffee. The Condo it self could use some cleaning. The front porch entrance has spider webs on chair and walls, the rug was nasty and the little stoop itself looked like it hadn't been swept in years. I was ashamed to have visitors so tried to sweep it off. The screened in porch had a beautiful view and after a little cleaning we enjoyed it very much. Also when we arrived it was very hot in the condo and the upstairs was so hot it was unbearable. The thermostat was set on 79. If you have quest arriving you should at least have it either cool or warm depending on season. It took it until the middle of the night to cool and we had arrived approx 4:30pm. There was also a rug runner in kitchen that had one end bent up badly and would not lay down. I had my 81yr old and disabled husband and 86yr old sister with me. Fearing they would trip I tried to just roll it up to store in closet until we left but it was stuck to the floor. I called the host and she said I couldn't do anything with it until she called her boss. He did come within 30 minutes and removed it. I really appreciate it. The host was very friendly and tried to be helpful. I would love to stay there again but have Bennett paid to stay anywhere and have to clean it up before I could enjoy it.

Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing photos and description, making for an overall comfortable stay.The property was stocked with very limited toiletries, so I'd recommend bringing your own essentials. The dining room also had a noticeable odor that smelled like cat urine, and we ended up using air freshener each day to make the space more comfortable.The disappointment was communication from the management team. We reached out Saturday morning for assistance with a gate access issue that prevented our guests from entering the community. We didn't receive a response until Monday, after our stay had effectively ended, so the issue was never resolved.

Too many artificial floral arrangements in home . Bathrooms are basic and small. Not of fan of carpeting in a beach rental. Overall it was a good stay .

Very convenient location

The property was very convenient to my brother's house and the beach. Living room, dining room, Lanai had lots of seating. Lanai had bird poop on the tables and furniture. Most of the bath towels were stained. No face wash cloths. Could use some bowls in the kitchen. Twin beds need new mattresses, very soft no support. Need to attend to the few details and it would be a 5.
