Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are saddened to learn that the scented plug put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable trip. In the future, we suggest unplugging any scented plugs if it affects our guests' comfort. We hope Kristen gives us another chance to host her so she can get the full experience of our apartment.

We appreciate the feedback and we are constantly trying to improve our short-term rental and our services. Your reviews help us do that. Since then, a thorough follow-up is done constantly to ensure that we maintain clean stays for future guests. Thank you for your time and for writing this review.
