Annual Trip with the Cain's

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we have stayed in this unit (408) for 4 years now and enjoy the unit. It is always clean and serves our purpose well. The only wish I have is that the owner purchase a new television that has a larger screen and is HD quality. I have visited several units and they all have updated televisions. If this is not addressed I will look for a different unit for my future visits.

Paradise at the door.

Incredibly close to beach which was perfect with children. It takes two minutes to run upstairs and grab those things you inevitably forget. Place was clean and there is a decent view of the beach from the balcony. We loved the fourth and fifth floor viewing decks at the back of the building. All the stores, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and restaurant/ bars are a two minute walk. Great location!
