Amazing!

From the beginning I was impressed by the owner, Frank, reaching out to talk to me about the location and information I needed. Frank kept me updated on local things like the water boil advisory. Check in was early and super easy! The place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! I loved how close the beach was and the 2 different pools. Overall it was a great place and was a great trip.

Effect family vacation spot.

The property is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach and not too crowded. This is our favorite place to stay.

Amazing!! Beyond expectations!!

This property was very clean, spacious, and homey feeling. The beach was never over crowded and was able to find plenty of seashells. The pools also was never over crowded. The check in process was great and the owners was very helpful with everything. You did not have to reach out to them, they reached out to you first making the experience even better. Will definitely be staying with them again.

Home Away From Home

Very spacious, comfortable furnishings and very well stocked, far more than most. Balcony view is amazing! Frank was phenomenal with communicating. Fabulous trip!!😎🌴

Teacher's Spring Break Getaway

Condo unit was very clean, well decorated, stocked, and situated perfectly. We loved that it was at the quiet end of the strip. Parking was easy and always available. The property had employees that were always cleaning windows, checking pool safety, cleaning pool area bathrooms, and hosing down mats. They were able to answer any questions asked. Owners were very hospitable, checking in to make sure everything was going well and responsive to any questions we had. Our stay was so very relaxing and just what was needed to go back to finish the last quarter of school this spring. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Wonderful Views - How we long to return…

The condo on PCB is in a wonderful location that was quiet and has many restaurants nearby via a short 5 to 10 minute drive. The condo can easily sleep six in three separate rooms and was plenty roomy enough for meals as well. The kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs. The absolute best part of the condo was the view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sand of the beach. Sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking! Morning walks at sunrise were relaxing and we enjoyed looking for shells along the walk as well. This location was perfect for our family and we hope to come back again very soon. This condo was very clean and the parking garage had a great walk over which made it convenient to go back-and-forth to our vehicle for additional adventures nearby. The owners were great about communication regarding access to the condo, and their informational binder had many great ideas for restaurants and adventures nearby. Highly recommend this location.

We Love Celedon and this amazing condo

It was wonderful walking in and feeling like we were being welcomed by the owners. The cute towel animal made to look like a turkey sitting on the dining table. It made us feel special now we left our homes to celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach. There are so many other nice touches typically aren’t provided. We felt welcomed. Would love to return to this condo again one day.

Great Fall Break

This was a wonderful condo! Very clean and the the perfect size for 3 adults and a child. Beach views were breathtaking and the beach chair service was an added bonus! Owner goes out of his way to communicate and to make sure you have a great stay! Can’t wait to book again!

Great week in PCB

Great condo!!! We walked in and it was spotless. Great view of the Gulf and great sunsets. Owner called when we booked, texted me the day we checked in and when we checked out. Everything worked in the condo and made for a great vacation.

Home away from home

Plenty of room to spread out And relax and if you have kids you can find a corner to hide, lol. Well furnished kitchen and I loved the laundry room. All in all a nice place to hang your hat

Fantastic Family Beach Stay! ❤️🏖️

This was our first trip to Panama City Beach, and will definitely not be out last! Everything in the listing is 100% accurate. Dolphins and Rays is a well equipped condo with all the amenities you would need and then some. Perfect location for anyone looking to be close...yet far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle. You are just a short drive from anywhere you would want to go. Frank and Rhonda were super communicative, and in our opinion goes above and beyond to make your stay here comfortable. We are already talking about coming back next year! Thank you so much Frank and Rhonda for sharing your condo with us for the week!

Great Condo

We’ve been coming to this area for over 50 years. For the last several years we’ve been staying at the Celadon. We really enjoyed our stay at this particular condo. Great communication with owner! Loved that it was on the third floor for easy access. Clean and well supplied. Would definitely come here again! Thank you, Frank and Rhonda!

Fun time at Frank & Rhonda's condo.

All good except pots & pans could use updating & new weather stripping is needed on master bedroom doors. Frank & Rhonda are very responsive & we met them for dinner & had a nice time.

Awesome Beach Getaway

What a relaxing place to stay and soak up the Florida sun and listen to the waves! Look out your deck directly on the beach and ocean, minutes from a walk on the beach or laying out and getting a tan. Condo was awesome, clean and everything was there to make our stay comfortable! Really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool too!

Edge of West End

Great location being the last condo on the west end of Panama City Beach. Easy access. 2 pools one which was indoor/outdoor. Condo was comfortable.

Best Condo Ever!

First of all, everything Frank describes in his listing is 100% accurate. The view was out of this world. I know it's rated for 6 people but I had 6 people without even using the sleeper sofa and had plenty of room. The condo was extremely clean and very well supplied. Just a few things that I found helpful with having two teen girls, 10 year old boy and a 7 year old girl. Not only do you get the beach service chairs, they had additional fold up beach chairs, sand toys, volleyball, boogie boards, and all kinds of games. Having the washer and dryer was a major plus in the condo so you don't have to go home and do all the laundry from vacation. They also had a crock pot, tupperware, seasonings... everything you need. Frank was so helpful and we will absolutely be back.

Girls’ Trip

We always enjoy our stays ar Celadon. The 3rd floor is ideal since parking deck is 2nd floor. An easy trip up and down stairs. Nice furnishings, big balcony and beautiful gulf views. 2 beach chairs and umbrella included and that was a plus. There were also some beach chairs and we left a box fan for future renters. Ceiling fans in every room and comfortable beds. Minor issues with cleanliness passed on to owner and would not keep us from returning. As always a relaxing and enjoyable week at PCB!

Nice Condo

Condo was as advertised. Great complex in a great location. Elevators worked much better than many complexes we have stayed in. Unit was clean and well stocked. Great view! New couch and loveseat. Only minor complaint were a few loose tiles in the master bath but that did not diminish the overall stay.

Clean, roomy, and spectacular view of the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and updated. All the rooms were great size and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Being able to look out at the ocean anytime was wonderful. I so enjoyed drinking my tea in the mornings and reading my book on the balcony. I can’t say enough good about this place and the owners. They were so kind and checked on us by text. All the directions from checking in and out to where we put our trash was so easy to follow. I recommend this place highly!!!

Beach Trip 2022

The condo was great, we had plenty of room for everyone. In our group we had 4 adults and a 2 year old and an 8 month old. The view is beautiful off the balcony, we loved watching the dolphins in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Celadon, is the most westerly condominium (also, literally closest to the Gulf) in Panama City Beach. There is a "ton" of beach to call almost your own directly west! This makes it more quiet, and family friendly than the more hectic "spring break, let's PARTY!" groups down at the east end. The best part is you can still be "in the middle" of everything, in minutes!

Located just two miles from Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater and Frank Brown Park. Celadon is only 15 minutes to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City Beach. Southwest Airlines and Delta are having some great fare sales into Panama City Beach and many flights are nonstop!
