Thank you, Branch, for hosting us! The property was perfect for my family and kids, and our group of friends really enjoyed all the amenities, which were fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy, and being so close to the lake was a huge plus for us. I’d 100% recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be checking availability for future trips.

We had a reunion with a group of friends here for a weekend - lots of beds, fun spaces to hang out, it was a great time. My only wish is that the pool had been a few degrees warmer, haha. But we still used it and had a good time.

We loved the location and just how nestled the house was tucked away from the lake. Driving or mountain biking from the house was very easy and the scenery was spectacular! There was a slight issue with the AC when we arrived and the property management and maintenance quickly recitified and everything taken care of. The layout and design of the house is amazing! We had a 46 Years of Friendship Reunion with 4 couples and yet we still had privacy and our own bathrooms! We settled right in and had an incredible trip with access to everything we wanted and MORE! Truly special for us! Thank you so much! Celeste & Erick from Boise, Idaho

Our stay at this house exceeded all expectations. The upstairs game room was an absolute favorite and kept everyone entertained. We had plenty of space to relax, and the indoor pool and sauna quickly became daily highlights. This home offered the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and luxury.

Family vacation

The house is great for a large group of varied ages. The hot tub, pool, game room, and media room were all well utilized with our group. Be aware there are no dressers or suitcase stands so one has to live out of one's suitcase on the floor. There was plenty of space for the 11 of us in bedrooms and common areas. Most activities were about a 30 minute drive but well worth it for the house amenities and a quieter, more rustic neighborhood.

Very pleased with vacation rental

We were very pleased with the vacation rental we had. It was stocked with the necessities for all of us from the kitchenware, condiments and bathroom products. There are a few things that you may want to look into like: the living room fireplace didn’t work, the upstairs bedroom floor/ carpet felt damp.

This house was great for our group!

We had a great stay at this property! It was great having so many bathrooms and we loved the theatre room. Our only complaint is that the pool was not heated as advertised. Since it was 30 degrees outside we never got to use the pool. Other than that the property management company was responsive and accommodated an early he j in and late check out due to the weather conditions .

Tahoe Weekcation/Famication

Our family and friends had an exceptional experience during our stay. It was an outstanding week-long vacation. The property was meticulously maintained and well-organized. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the owner was highly responsive and accommodating. We look forward to returning in the future. It was truly regrettable to depart from such a wonderful place. We express our sincere gratitude to the exceptional homeowner for providing an unforgettable experience.

Get away

Home is very nice the whole family had a great time. My only complaint would be the outside stairs and the driveway were sheets of ice and we had two family members slip and fall. I know it’s hard to keep up with but be careful if you have small children or elderly family members in the winter months. Overall great experience.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything was exactly as advertised, but better! The happiest surprise was the steam shower next to the pool. Even though there were plenty of showers in the rest of the house, we were taking turns using that one by the end of the weekend. Unfortunately, the sound in the theater wasn't working, but Matt was easy to reach and was prompt at getting someone out to get it fixed. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Tahoe.

Synes ikke om: Kommunikation
We loved the house. The pool, the home theater, the game room, everything was great. However we had an unfortunate situation occur, where the power went out due to a wind storm. While we know it was not anyone's fault, we did not receive any form of communication even after trying to contact the owners/managers. We had no access to the amenities for 24 hours, and needed advice on managing the situation, being unable to use anything electric related. We managed on our own, but lost a day of our vacation, in some very cold nights. We've heard nothing about a refund for what we missed out on. Like I said, we loved the house, and enjoyed our other days there thoroughly, we would love to return under better circumstances, but the lack of communication was a big problem that derailed our vacation that we spent a good amount of money on.

Overall a decent stay

The house was clean, the rooms and bathrooms were decently sized. Comfy mattresses. The game room was a great area for kids to play. Great water pressure and very hot water! The property manager was great! Not a fully stocked kitchen as described. Not enough utensils or food storage containers. For a house of that they should have it stocked for 14 people. Nozzle broken on the stove, dishwasher extremely hard to start. Not nearly enough towels. There were only 5 pool towels for a house of 14……no one on vacation wants to do towels over and over. The pool was not warm at all if you have young children. Top door doesn’t lock. The hot tub cover was so water logged you couldn’t lift it so only a few people could go in at a time. The basement is freezing cold while the upstairs was half hot on one side and cold on the other. For the price of this house we just expected a little more.
