Great place to relax and enjoy the britches of the island. Spacious and very easy to fall in love with. Only minus is the pool schedule. Slides and water guns are only available on weekends.

Always the best place to stay in PR!

This property met my expectations in cleanliness, having what I needed, and great location close to San Juan. I felt safe with the gated community and the gatekeepers were pleasant with check in. I will be back for sure!

Smooth

The whole process was smooth and the host was extremely responsive. Would stay again if looking near the area.

Hidden Gem

The Host was wonderful. They were easy to get in contact with. The place was as pictured. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location was a short drive to Old San Juan and the Rainforest. I will definitely book this place again!

Beautiful Property

From the moment we opened the door, we were welcomed with luxury! This property is nothing short of beautiful! The family loved the pool table and the upper deck. Will definitely be back! Cathy was very responsive and helpful!

We really appreciated how clean the unit was. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, Tupperware, etc. Plenty of towels and beach towels as well as beach equipment like chairs and a cooler. Aquatika as a whole has great amenities, we loved all of the pool options and having a swimmable beach right there. The water and electricity did go out for awhile on our last day, but that is a Puerto Rico thing—not specific to this unit. All communication with Cathy was great, she was very helpful.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Woild stay again. When we arrived we determined that 1 of thr bedroom a/c units was not cooling properly. The owners has the unit replaced the next day. Communications through the process was thorough

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time at Aquatica! It was perfect for our family and friends. The property is lovely, in a great location and we loved the beach access and all the pools. Cathy was very friendly and had great communication. She even let us know when there was a red flag warning and when we might encounter traffic because of a special visitor to PR. We will definitely come back and will recommend this unit to all our friends and family. Thank you for hosting our Puerto Rican adventure!

Great getaway

We had a great stay. Although we had a few cleanliness issues, the owner, Cathy, is amazing with communication and answered all questions or concerns almost immediately. We loved the pool table and outside patio. Please note that the main pool is under construction at the moment. The area outside of the resort is not ideal but they make it very safe inside the gates and security patrols the resort frequently. The beach is absolutely perfect and very private. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Great stay

We loved this property. Our teenagers were so excited to see the size of the condo with a pool table and spectacular deck up top. We loved relaxing on top with coffee in the mornings and family game night at night. The beach was so beautiful! And the little restaurant/ bar at the edge of the aquatika property beach was wonderful! The pools were refreshing and fun. The mini golf and tennis were a treat as well. We loved that the owners left us floats, golf clubs for the mini golf and even tennis rackets to use. Beach chairs and cooler was available also which was perfect. We loved the slower pace of Loiza and being a true local town which was fun. Close to Walmart and other stores if needed. Great experience. Would love to return!

We had a great time at Aquatika. The apartment was spacious and well-kept, providing everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The rooftop deck had amazing views of the rainforest, and my four sons enjoyed playing pool at night without bothering us.The complex was tidy, with a pool right outside our unit. My sons had fun playing basketball before swimming. Having a beach on the property was a big bonus; the calm, clear water let us relax all day.The location was convenient for exploring. El Yunque was only 20 minutes away, and Luquillo Beach was about 25 minutes away. We were 30 minutes from San Juan airport and 45 minutes from Old San Juan. The area was peaceful, with roosters crowing in the morning while we enjoyed coffee on the deck.Cathy was a fantastic host. She was always available and gave us helpful advice on local attractions.
