Loved our stay!

We loved our stay in Colina 8e at Los suenos resort! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The resort is beautiful and we loved the nearby activities, pools and restaurants!

What a beautiful location and home!

We had the most amazing time staying in Los Sueños! Beautiful resort, even more beautiful condo! If I could give it 10 stars I would! Everything you need and more! The beds were so comfortable and location to the beach club was perfect! We will definitely book again!!

Felt like being home.

Been visiting Costa Rica and staying at Los Sueños since 2007. This is the first time we decided to rent a private Condo. Glad we did. The home was beautifuly decorated with a personal touch throughout. All the furniture, bedding and appliances were top notch. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting to have that home away from home experience while in CR. The owner was very accommodating and very responsive. Will definitely stay again if available in the future. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of paradise.

Fantastic Property!

This is a beautiful condo that we have stayed in twice now. It is kept really up to date with modern appliances and wonderful, high-quality furniture. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the area the condo is located is really high end. The security is excellent with a gated entry and protocols that keep us safe. Nearby is the Marriot Resort (if you want to venture to the hotel for their restaurants). At the Marina are a collection of exquisite restaurants that are the highest quality we've found in Costa Rica (and we live in Costa Rica, so we've tested the waters a lot!). The beach is close by, including with the included Beach Resort! You can't go wrong with Fred's Place. Outstanding!

Beautiful and safe location

Los Suenos has so much to offer and is a safe and beautiful location. The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed. If you don't have a car, a golf card is a must to get around the spacious property. Don't hesitate to contact "Stay in Costa Rica" for any help you need with directions, restaurant suggestions, tours, etc.

Great Place!

Fred's place was so wonderful! The property management team was excellent and friendly upon checkin. The property was very clean and really well appointed. We felt very at home and it was so nice. Another perfect thing is we were able to go to the restaurants nearby and they were really great! That's saying a lot because my wife is an excellent chef (just for me). You could sit outside in a breezeway and order from several restaurants making it even better. The food was top drawer! The area around the condo is absolutely beautiful. We ran/walked every day. We will be back! (assuming Fred let's us come back :) :) :) Frank and Sandy

Cute condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this Colina property! Walking distance to beach club and Marriott for morning coffee! A few suggestions, would be helpful to have laundry detergent and a few extra towels. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful condo with very comfortable furnishings and the master bed is better than ours at home! We slept great. When not fishing or at Manuel Antonio park we had a couple of really relaxing days at the Beach Club swimming sunning, drinking and eating. The service and food is top notch. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to CR.

Great place to stay with excellent location

Great Week!!!

Amazing stay!!! Friendly and nice people greet you at the counter of Stay in Costa Rica office where they give your keys and Beach Club pass. Condo super clean, well decorated and furnished. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We had a great time!!!!

Beautiful property, horrible experience

On our first visit to the pool, we were asked to leave to which we complied. We were not told that the pool needed a reservation that had a two-hour limit. However, no one informed us that they changed to accommodate another condo owner when we made a reservation. Only two families are allowed in the pool which is split into two with caution tape due to covid. They split the pool in half: half the shallow end and half the deep end. What are you to do with two small kids in the deep end of the pool? They start their lawn service, maintenance, and construction at 6:00 am six days a week so sleeping in was not an option. They allowed other guests to have loud parties until 5:00 am. I would not recommend it to any families with small children. The location is beautiful and the property was very clean. Regardless, I would not stay at this property again.

Thomas left out a few details. But first, I think we're all quite tired of the various COVID restrictions, especially ones that make little sense, like such tight limits on the outdoor activity at a pool. It's bonkers. But the security people at the resort don't make the rules. So when the security folks asked Thomas' family to comply with the rules, Thomas behaved very unprofessionally, and shouted obsenities at the security person, while there were plenty of children around. I also had to chase Thomas down to actually pay for his stay and had to involve VRBO in getting him to make the payment. Needless to say we wouldn't host Thomas in the future.

Lovely place to stay

We have stayed a couple of times at this apartment and it is always a lovely experience. Plenty of space, well equipped, and waking distance to all the amenities in Sueños. Very enjoyable!

Paradise

What a great place!!!! We love Los Suenos! My wife and I came here on our honeymoon 15 years ago and now came back with our two daughters. The condo is perfect! Fred is the best host anyone could ask for. Answered questions, gave advice, and helped solve issues. Do not hesitate to stay here!!!

Gorgeous Condo, Fully Equipped

This condo is the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen and baths. Plus the furniture is beautiful, and new comfortable beds. And, unusual for a condo, lots of natural light from windows on all sides of the apartment. Los Suenos is the most prestigious resort community on the Central Pacific coast and has numerous pools, gyms, restaurants, stores for shopping and of course the beach. Supermarket is only a 5 minute drive. Great communication between owners and renters. Check in and check out was very easy. You can reach on site property managers 24/7. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Wonderful place to enjoy and relax

Our stay

We had a great time at Fred”s condo. The property is beautifully decorated and fulky equipped. Fred is an excellent host, he replies immediately to all e-mails. No doubt we will stay here in the future!! Than you!!
