Location was exceptional as you could get from bayside to ocean in about 2 minute walk. Everything was as advertised. Recommend arriving in the daylight to get settled in as the street to get to the unit was tricky to find in the dark. Third floor so expect stairs but the views were good out on the balcony. Nice to have some beach chairs and toys available as well. AMI is one the best beach in the states.

This unit had everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach. Communication was good and questions were all answered. We enjoyed the 2 porches too.

Bay Watch Bungalow is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and close to multiple trolley stops. There is a view of both the ocean and the bay from the balcony. The condo was clean and well equipped with beach supplies. The host was very responsive. Excellent stay at Bay Watch Bungalow!

No complaints. What you see is what you get. Easy process for checking in and out. Bungalow was clean and spacious. Super nice location to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much!

I live in Bradenton, but wanted an island getaway-cation with my daughter in law and grand kids (ages 2-11). The condo was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the condo spacious enough for 5 of us. It’s a very sunny space with lots of windows, but also room-darkening curtains if you like to sleep in. I had my coffee on the deck every morning.The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, serving ware and cookware. The appliances are newer and the full sized washer and dryer were very helpful! The kitchen table was perfect for the kids for breakfast, and when we had our big family meals the dining room table was just right.We tried to limit our screen time, but the Spectrum high speed internet was helpful during some of the very hot afternoons. The tvs are smart tvs, but there is cable as well. The beach is just a short walk across the street, and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short, fun (free!) trolley ride. The pool was perfect for the kids when we wanted to be closer to home. It was exactly as described. Terry sent regular text messages to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!!

Our condo on Anna Maria Island was perfect — quiet, family-friendly, and just a short walk to the beach with gorgeous bay views. The pool was never crowded, and we loved relaxing on the balcony. We can’t wait to visit again!

The balcony view was very nice looking at the bay on the right and gulf on the left. The pool was nice and private, although needs a bit of updating. Our condo was well stocked with lots of towels and beach chairs which we really appreciated and enjoyed. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Clean, roomy and so close to the beach!

Beautiful place, great location

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect, just steps to the beach. The condo was super clean and had all desired amenities. The pool was lovely and the staff was amazing! We would gladly stay again!

Great condo & Location

This condo was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, well stocked and in a great location on the island. The pool was very nice and the proximity to the bay and beach was unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our overall stay was amazing! Location is perfect!!! The bathroom tubs are stained (not dirty) and the bedrooms didn't have comforters (like in the pictures) but all things we could get past.Our flight got canceled coming home and management was great

Perfect Location!

We had a girls trip and this was the perfect spot. Able to grab the trolley at the end of the street and just steps to the beach!
