Dette er et must se og skal leje! Vi tager i besiddelse i oktober 2019, vi vil starte udbuddet den i december 2019. Dette har de mest utrolige visninger af ALLE. Quivira Golf Villa ligger lige på banen. Ikke kun kan du nyde udsigten til golf fra Master Balcony, 2. soveværelse Balkon, eller Main Balkon. Du vil også se og høre bølgerne gå ned på stranden fra alle tre balkoner også. Vores Villa vil blive omhyggeligt designet til at supplere og forbedre den betagende udsigt, der vil forføre dine sanser. Vi vil blande fagligt det luksuriøse levende med moderne mexicansk indretning og upscale finishing touches; vores villa vil fungere som en eksklusiv flugt. Du vil være blandt de få, der vil kunne besøge alle restauranterne i Copala, Quivira og alle Pueblo Bonito Hotel Pools. Derudover modtager du også 10% rabat på dem. 20% rabat på spa-tjenester og 25% rabat på Golf på World Renown Quivira Golf for Tee-tider. Der er også shuttles til Quivira Steak House, Pueblo Bonito Resorts, Sunset, Rose og Blanco. Concierge-tjenester tilbydes også under dit ophold. Forudsat dagligvarer, misc. forsyninger fra Costco, Walmart, Mega, La Comer og Exclusive Airport Rundtur transport er tilgængelig. Vi vil have fuldt Villa Vand Filtrering System, kaffemaskine, kogeplade, ovn, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, varmt vand kedel, gryder, pander, og de fleste andre ting, du skal bruge. Beautiful Place!!!

This place is gorgeous! If your looking for a beautiful place away from all the tourist traps to relax this is the place! You can always plan a day down town to shop and then leave back to your quiet paradise.

Everything was exactly as Guido advertised. This unit does indeed have an amazing location with awesome views. The unit was clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed for our family. The view of the sunrise from the balcony was definitely 5 star! Copala is a lovely community within Pueblo Bonito. We enjoyed using both pools and the gym and the access to the Quivira Golf Course is the icing on the cake!

Spectacular views as promised

The property was in a great location. The wrap around balcony provided great views of the ocean and of the 17th hole on the Quivira golf course. The property was clean and everything functioned well after a little trouble with the AC and the hot water in the beginning (but a huge shoutout to Benny and Arturo for jumping on the issues very quickly).

Views, Views, and more Views!!

Situated on the 16th fairway of Quivira Golf Club - the spectacular Jack Nicklas Signature Golf Course - this 3rd floor south-east facing condo is one of only six condos with direct golf course-frontage with wonderful ocean views “down” the 17th hole to the wide-spaced areas including the 18th and driving range on the Pacific Ocean. We had a wonderful time and will return!!

Exquisite property!

From the moment you enter the grounds, your stay in paradise begins! Upon entering the unit, you are first impressed by the wonderful artwork and furniture, then your eyes feast upon the incredible mountian, ocean and golf course views from every window. The resort restaurants were incredible - the service from every person at the resort impeccable. Our host and personal concierge went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our 6-night stay was flawless. We will be back!

Rare View of Whale Watching!!

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this great property. This time we were treated by Nature to one of the best evenings of our lives. This is the "text" we sent to our family members on February 28th: "This evening was rare. In less than an hour, we saw from our deck over 50 whale breaches right out front! - which is where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean."

Great Stay & Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time and the condo was great! I would recommend more dinner & salad plates to make at least 10 of each. With a family of 5 I was doing a lot of hand washing of plates on my vacation! As my husband and I stayed in the Quiviria property last February I was familiar with Copala as we stayed in building 1. when I booked I thought this property was one of the little villa homes as the description was "villa" but it was actually building 7 (just like building 1 that we had previously stayed in). These 7 buildings are beautiful but I would consider each unit a condo vs a villa. Just my opinion but all in all the host, property manager and property were all great!

Great stay - beautiful condo

The place was perfect. Right on the 17th hole. Beautiful view of the ocean. The golf resort pool was a 3 minute walk with an awesome infinity pool and view of the ocean. We took advantage of access to 2 of their affiliated resorts. Sky pool at Sunset Beach resort was a highlight for my 3 daughters. Karen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Even gave us a quick ride when we couldn’t get a taxi on our first night. Arturo hooked us up with rides to and from the airport and recommend a great tour for our snorkel with a whale shark adventure. Place was super clean and quiet. Well stocked with all we needed for the week. My only suggestion would be a stronger Wi-Fi. Was a bit spotty. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nine Wonderful Weeks!

Hosts Guido & Gracie have put their heart and soul into this spectacular property. We were neighbors of theirs when we both built original villas in Copala at Quivira, so we knew well their excellent taste in decorating and attention to detail. After we sold our villa, we wanted to return to Copala for the world-class golf, many amenities, and great friends. Guido & Gracie’s condo is first class with some of the best ocean and golf course views in all of Copala. When having coffee or cocktails on the front deck - you can’t even see any other condo buildings! Cost-wise, we found the longer we booked, the lower the price. Being retired, our stay was for nine wonderful weeks!! Excellent communication, kindness, and some of the most beautiful vistas that you will ever see.

Cabo for Christmas

We were the first ones to get to stay at this property. The furnishings, decor, beds, appliances etc are all top notch! Sitting out on the balcony to watch golfers come through during the day or by the fire pit at night was one of our favorite things to do! The property manager is wonderful and very accommodating! He would check up to make sure things ran smoothly and he was able to get things fixed as needed. The only problem that occurred had nothing to do with the beautiful place, accommodations, or property management. The free shuttle service that is offered was hit and miss! We found out it was easier to get a taxi to go to the downtown area and back. Even going from property to property could be quite a wait. We realize that Christmas is one of their busiest time but it became frustrating waiting for our ride to the other pools, to eat, or to go downtown. Love everything about this place! Just need to work out a better shuttle service? Or rent a car!

Fantastic Vacation in Cabo

Guido responded immediately when we first inquired about staying at their condo. He quickly shared a link so we were able to get a better idea of what to expect from the property. We have vacationed in Cabo many times and would not hesitate to return to Guido and Gracie's condo. The view is spectacular and very peaceful both day and night. The condo was outfitted with all of the necessities, the beds were very comfortable, and the TV's and internet all worked great. The balcony had nice furniture and a fire pit to enjoy the sunrise and our evenings. Communication with the property manager Arturo was also very good. He met us at the property and answered all of our questions when we arrived. We would not think twice about returning. We frequented the PB Sunset resort and took advantage of the free shuttle service. The drivers were all great. The only disadvantage is there is only 1 Copala van, versus many vans for the other Quivera properties. We sometimes had to wait due to van capacity, or the 1 van going to various locations and not picking up at the resort on a timely basis. Again, overall experience was very positive.

Perfect Place to Stay for Three Golfers

I took my adult son and his best friend to play golf at Quivira for four nights / three days. Copala was the perfect place to stay. 3 BR / 3 BA. Pueblo Bonito shuttles to golf and restaurants. Great views of the Pacific and 17th hole. Guido and his team are very responsive to any request. We all had a great time. Highly recommend.

Thanks Cindy we are glad you loved the view, it is the best out of the 216 Condo's in Copala. As you found out we are next to the 16th hole of the Golf course so you get the views of people golfing the course, see and hear the ocean with the waves on the beach. Also from the King Bed of the Master Bedroom you can wake up to the views of the Golf Course, the ocean waves on the beach, or walk out to the balcony with your cup of coffee or tea and just embrace and enjoy the beautiful view. Also we glad we were able to provide you such an early check in. Sending you the info pack and directions those multiple times because you were having phone and computer difficulties. Kinda shocked that you know everyone bent over backwards for you so you would have a great stay. You love your stay, then give it 3 out of 5 stars, because you did not like the rate that you booked. Also a suggestion do not book Thanksgiving week if you were so sensitive to pricing.. You must know Holidays are more. So next time BOOK that other unit that does not have this view, maybe not for Thanksgiving week. You should decide if having a great view, with a slightly higher price is what you really want BEFORE you book not AFTER. If you are going to complain about the pricing I would suggest to book that other unit that does not have our view for different time periods that are less. We regret, and are deeply disappointed that you booked ours. We really wish you never did. You knew in advance what the rate was, then comparing us to others without the same view... But that is what this review process is all about. Many of our future guests will see what you wrote and evaluate your comments. Because you gave us our only 3 star rating, and you based it on you did not like the price you booked it for. I like that! Everyone else will evaluate your review, especially future hosts will know that also. Have a wonderful life. Vacation lots, just elsewhere ....

Lovely Cabo Condo

We had a lovely stay at this property! The hosts made sure that everything you could possibly need is in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the wifi fast! We really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the breeze and watching the golfers. In the evenings, the fire pit was lovely. One of the community pools is so close, and is huge! Having access to the Pueblo Bonito resorts was fantastic, as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Guido’s condo was top notch furnished. Best pet was the fore pit and grill on the large balcony.

Wonderful vacation in a beautiful place!

What a great vacation spot. The villa was clean, and so comfortable. It was peaceful and with the firepit on the balcony we spent most evenings out there. There are pools within walking distance and we took the shuttle to different amazing pools. Once you get used to the shuttle schedule it's very easy. The concierge on sight was amazing and very helpful. We highly recommend this beautiful place. We had guests stay with us throughout our stay and they all fell in love. Thank you to Guido and Gracie for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay. It was everything you said it would be and it was greatly appreciated!
