Sommer Specialpriser & Nyt til udlejning! Dejligt hjem m / privat gårdhave i North Beach Plantation

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! All of our properties will be deep cleaned, including the carpets, in the off season. As one can imagine, that’s impossible to do in the busy season when there are back to back reservations. Thanks for staying with us!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! We do wish that you would have reached out while you were still here about the pots and pans as a quick text to our maintenance team would have resulted in them very quickly dropping off new ones for you. Please remember for next time that if you have any questions or concerns, you can always text us at our 877 number. Having said that, I will relay this information to them so that they can check on the kitchen items. Thanks for staying with us!

This could not be further from the truth as this guest already knows. Unfortunately, she made it very clear from the beginning that she was seeking a free vacation. This property was recently updated and is gorgeous! The previous guests happened to leave a very small bin full of empty boxes/containers for RECYCLING (not trash) in the garage. While it was not in the way and didn't affect the stay at all, we still stopped by and moved it from the garage to the recycling bin outside. In addition, this home is on a quarterly pest control program, but the best of service isn't going to be able to catch all uninvited guests as this entire area is prone to some bugs and spiders.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this feedback about your stay. We're so glad that you had a great time and that you loved the home. We'll be sure to pass along the feedback regarding the tissue and hooks. A map of the resort was actually provided in your check-in packet, so keep that in mind for next time. Thanks for vacationing with us, and we hope to see you again soon!

While we again apologize for any issues encountered during your stay, we will agree to disagree that this home is anything but an “upgraded Motel 6.” We deeply value each guest's comfort and satisfaction, and we're genuinely sorry that your experience fell short of your expectations. We always aim to address any concerns promptly and make amends whenever possible. We’re glad to hear our team responded and assisted once they were notified of any issues. As one can reasonably understand, it’s impossible to do a deep clean on units that are booked back to back. That is why those are always scheduled in the off-season. We regret that our efforts didn't align with your expectations. Our intention is to create a positive environment for every guest, and we have already spoken to the external cleaning company so that they can absolutely improve their services.

We're sorry that the kitchen was missing some items, Dana, but that would have been a a super easy fix had you reached out and let us know while you were still here. From time to time, kitchen items do tend to disappear, but someone from our maintenance team could have quickly dropped off whatever was missing. Per the Welcome Note on the fridge, we encourage all renters to let us know immediately of any needs so that we can ensure that everyone has a 5 star stay.
