Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay. We're genuinely glad the condo itself made a positive impression and that most of the amenities served your needs well. We're so sorry to hear about your daughter's injury upon arrival — that's never how we want a stay to begin, and while we appreciate that maintenance was dispatched promptly, we understand that doesn't undo the moment. Your notes about communication during the lockout are also taken to heart; reaching a real person quickly when something urgent comes up is exactly what our team should be delivering, and we'll be reflecting on how to do better there. We'd love the chance to welcome you back and provide the seamless experience you deserve.
