We enjoyed our time at seven lakes very much. This condo is very funky and suits the area well. Anthony helped us out with all our requests

No rental perfect

Tv and parking were not great. Living room could not be used in evening as there were no lights thus place to sit and read confined to kitchen. Kitchen generally well supplied with cooking needs. Main bedroom and and couch and dishwasher need replacing. Patio nice. Premises clean. Loved view of mountains. Pool nice. Sliding windows and blinds need some repair. Back patio could be made into nice addition. Clubhouse an asset as is golf course.. no rental is perfect. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Huge windows overlook the mountains and a large expanse of manicured garden areas with abundant palm trees. The location was a few feet away from the pool and huge hot tub. There is a large BBQ area should you wish to cook outdoors. It's in a quiet area in the complex where you don't have to duck from golf balls on the executive sized golf course. There is dining in the evenings and buffet breakfasts on Sunday available if you wish to get away from cooking. Anthony, the owner, couldn't be more helpful in providing any items that were needed in the unit and information on what to do and where to go in the surrounding area. The unit needs some updating which is in the plans for Anthony to do, and seeing how he has done a previous remodel we know this will be the place to be. He has a magnetic personality and hopefully, we will be able to return to Palm Springs and rent from him again. Thank you Anthony for being so hospitable.

Wonderful experience

Pros: LOCATION was perfect....water aerobics, pickle ball, golf, green spaces, nice for walking, close to shopping, gated community. ACCOMMODATIONS were spacious, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all I needed, but I don't enjoy cooking, outdoor space for leisure, nice washer and dryer. CHECKIN: Owner was across breezeway, checking in was seamless. Cons: Unit was tired, but again very comfortable (owner is aware of this and plans to remodel). Bed linens could be upgraded. We had an issue with AC, but Anthony was on it within an hour. *We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Fun in the sun

Very spacious and lots of light. Great complex with lots of activities and close to everything. Anthony was a great host and very helpful with anything we needed. We had a great time.

Lovely condo

This property is a true gem. Very comfortable beds.. kitchen well stocked with every appliance you could want. Anthony couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating..... very fast response to any requests or questions we had. I would truly recommend a stay here.

Great Place for a Holiday

We spent nearly a month at this huge condo. Anthony was a wonderful owner/host, and met us when we arrived and showed us where everything was. The condo was clean and equipped with almost everything you might need, except for a kettle. :) It is nicely furnished and best of all, the beds were so comfortable! There's a beautiful view of the huge heated pool from the living room, and if you sit outside on the patio, you can see the mountains. Wonderful. We played on the golf course there several times, and honestly, it was in nicer condition than most of the other courses we've played on. That was such a bonus! I do agree with one of the other reviewers, that it could use a bit of updating, but all in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, and will be back again. Thank you Anthony!!

March at Seven Lakes, Palm Springs

The location of the unit is lovely...big windows and a view of an open space and a pool. Even though the first 2 weeks were chillier than usual, the view insured we knew we were in Palm Springs. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the kitchen had enough pots and pans and dishes to cook and serve a company dinner. The beds were comfortable and the master and living room were quite spacious. Though there is a golf course on the property, it was not w/in view of the unit and so it was a quiet and peaceful place to spend a month. We even wanted more time, but it wasn’t available. Anthony seemed to be at our beck and call when we needed anything. He has plans to rehab the place and for now it is more than adequate but does indeed need some updating. Everything works well and our month was good.

FABULOUS STAY

The accommodations were very clean, spacious and had everything you would expect that your house would have. The grounds were exquisite and the location was close to all amenities. Only 10 minutes to the airport. The property is located on a gated community and very secure. Antony, the owner, was very friendly, helpful and considerate - if we needed anything, he was only a phone call away. I would highly recommend renting this property, you will not be disappointed.
