Great location in the heart of Avon

Our group really enjoyed staying here. Everything was so convenient, it’s a short walk to the gondola, free busses, restaurants and shopping.

Great Condo with A Beautiful View

This was the perfect place for us. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were a group of 8, two families. The layout was great for adults abd kids. The condo had a great area for ski equipment. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen faucet was terrible, recommend replacing. Kitchen was otherwise great with everything needed. Appliances were new and nice. Nice balcony on each adult bedrooms. Carpet in condo was dingy and shedding on clothing if on the floor. Laundry facilities were not great. No laundry in unit. Pay laundry on floor.....but only 1 washer and dryer per floor. If a busy ski seaon, may be difficult to wash clothes. Also, laundy and trash shhot in same room. Really gross to do laundry in room, stinky! Building could use updates in hallways, flooring, etc....Close to bus, gondola, restaurants, shopping. Parking included. Overall really nice and good location.

Amazing Condo in Vai!

We had such a great stay!! The condo was clean and easy to access. Great walkability to the area and shuttle up to the mountain. Amazing stay overall!

Great Location, Beautiful Views

My family & friends of 6 (+1 toddler) stayed for the week and it was a perfect launching point for our ski trip. Situated in the town of Avon, minutes from restaurants , coffee shops, liquor stores, and groceries. Underground parking , within walking distance of Beaver Creek gondola. Comfortable rooms, pack & play for toddler, and management was helpful to answer any questions. We would definitely stay again! Thanks, we had a great time !

Avon Condo

Perfect condo for our group of seven. Plenty of space to have privacy or to gather for a meal or conversation. TV’s in all the bedrooms and living area. Fans for all the rooms and. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Short distance to Vail. We will definitely book again !

Great condo

Check in was very easy and doesn't require you to go somewhere to pick up or drop off keys. Communication with Brian was great as he always responded promptly. We had four adults and 4 kids (ages 10-13) and had plenty of space to spread out. Condo has all the essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The gondola is an easy walk in ski boots, so no need to get on a bus or wear different shoes when heading out for the day. Having multiple restaurants in the building was a plus, along with other restraurants within walking distance.

Just what we wanted!

My daughter lives in Avon and so our family wanted to visit during the summer (we’ve always been for ski season). This amazing place was literally less than half a mile from where she lives so could not have been more convenient. It was the perfect place for us! So clean and comfortable with absolutely everything we could have needed. The entire process was flawless and I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here. Close to great restaurants and shopping, so easy to access everything we needed. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

It's really convenient to have restaurant options located within the property, too. We loved the two decks. The building does not have air condition, not uncommon in mountain towns. So it does get a little warm in the unit with the heat of the day. We found only one fan with the unit. As it's a three bedroom condo, there should be multiple fans for every room. Would definitely stay here again.

Three of us spent hours trying to get it to run. Just what you want to do on vacation, I would never stay there again unless the dishwasher was replaced. A fan is needed in the bunk room, the window only opens a small amount and it was too hot. There was lots of blood in both elevators on the Sunday we were there. Very disconcerting to guests. So glad to see they are updating common areas, past due. Also, I expected a few basics for a Marriott property, like cling wrap, a few spices. But nothing. The air BNB's we have stayed in always have basics so why wouldn't a Marriott property? These are the disappointments.

It’s a very short easy walk to the ski lift. There is a great variety of restaurants literally on the first floor of our building. A free shuttle picked us up one day at our lobby to take us on a 4 hour guided snowmobile tour. Unit #702 was very clean and comfortable. It is very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay at the Avon Lodge at Beaver Creek

Reviewer Comments: The Avon Lodge was chosen for its perfect location for walking around the lake/park, nearby restaurants, grocery store, Walgreens, etc. The 702 condo was clean, spacious and furniture was nice. Lovely view especially from one of the balconies that looked toward Beaver Creek. Parking garage was very convenient. Took advantage of the three restaurants downstairs (first floor) with their outdoor seating as well as the liquor store. Suggestions - Bedroom spreads could use some attention. Grab bars would be a good addition to the bath/showers (even suction type). Bricks/steps for the step down onto the balcony would be another safety suggestion. I've stayed at the Lodge many times through the years, and would definitely recommend it.

Worn; Needs Updating and New Furniture

Condo was spacious but the beds were not comfortable. The covers and bedspreads were very worn and I wouldn't touch them! The kitchen appliances and dishes were not clean. Having some games, cards, etc available would be a nice touch. We stayed in a condo in The Seasons previously and will try to stay there instead of this unit.
