Feels like a brand new condo, all the appliances were very clean as if they had never been used. Plenty of kitchen tools. So very spacious! Sally, the on site property manager, was lovely. Great for young kids, easy to bring a stroller in the main hallway. If we are ever visiting Vail again, we hope to stay here!

The condo was great and staff very helpful. The access to shops, restaurants and ski lifts very convenient. The only major problem we encountered was horrible ski conditions on the mountain. Very few lifts and runs open along with crowded conditions made for very short days on the slopes. Surprised they even stayed open.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and found our staff helpful, as well as the convenient access to shops, restaurants, and the ski lifts. We’re sorry to hear the ski conditions didn’t meet expectations during your stay. Mountain conditions and lift availability can vary due to weather and other factors outside of our control, but we understand how disappointing that can be—especially when you’re looking forward to time on the slopes. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again when conditions are more favorable for a full ski experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I would have appreciated more than one day of housekeeping with a six day rental and additional fees for towels is unreasonable.

Lindner love

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was excellent as always. Starting with superb Sally at check in through maid service. The jacuzzi’s chemical content needs to be checked. There were 10 of us. Many suffered from some from skin irritation and 2 swimsuits litterally changed color.

Nice apartment, but poorly maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, nice layout, and reasonably priced for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, but a number of maintenance issues; windows don’t open/close, broken light bulbs, dishwasher acting up (difficult to start), etc..The place just sold and hopefully the new owner will do a much needed renovation...

Westwind stay- WK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 20th year staying in Lionshead. Most of those years were a week stay in Westwind. Our experience has always been positive. We usually stay in a platinum rated property, I believe this one is rated gold. The unit was cozy and large enough for the six of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were a significant drop off from the platinum units we are accustomed to. The kitchenware was very good, as we did a lot of cooking. The cabinets were adequate. The kitchen faucet was falling apart though and needs to be replaced. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. I realize this property is for sale.Overall, a good experience, though I would go back to a platinum next year, if a three bedroom is available.
