All excellent Short walk to lifts Staff was fabulous and helped us with the fireplace and a leaky fridge during our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 20th year staying in Lionshead. Most of those years were a week stay in Westwind. Our experience has always been positive. We usually stay in a platinum rated property, I believe this one is rated gold. The unit was cozy and large enough for the six of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were a significant drop off from the platinum units we are accustomed to. The kitchenware was very good, as we did a lot of cooking. The cabinets were adequate. The kitchen faucet was falling apart though and needs to be replaced. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. I realize this property is for sale.Overall, a good experience, though I would go back to a platinum next year, if a three bedroom is available.

Dated unit .. mold in bathroom, stove didn’t work, dishwasher broken, not heat in one room… pots pans everything dated and worn. Not worth the price for an advertised “luxury unit” Saving Grace was great manager Sally that moved us to a more suitable unit… saved our family weekend m.

Exactly as advertised.

The entire experience, soup to nuts, was excellent. The owner accommodated a date change after the original reservation. I ended up switching payment methods and Vail Management handled it flawlessly. The location can not be beat, close to lifts and shops. The unit is a little dated but everything worked and the living room TV was perfect. I would stay in this unit again.

Numerous problems with broken furniture, lights and windows that do not seal. Not clean.
