Beliggende på den maleriske Banderas Bugt, kun 10 miles fra Puerto Vallarta lufthavn (20 minutters kørsel), har dette luksuriøse, private strandpromenade en utrolig udsigt over havet, stranden og bjergene. Du finder god spisning lige ved hånden og bekvemmeligheder i masser. Dette er det perfekte sted at skabe varige minder.

Beautiful Villa & Resort

I arranged for my mother, sister and sister's 3 teenage sons to meet up in PV for a week long stay in Deno's lovely Estancia villa. Deno gets all the stars for being one of the most hospitable and communicative owners I have worked with. Her villa is lovely, with all the amenities you might need and it has been recently updated, which makes it unique to some of the other villas at the resort. The staff at Estancia are warm and made my family feel at home for their week in PV, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The teens also enjoyed having a swimmable beach just steps beyond the pool. Thank you Deno for all of your assistance in creating a wonderful trip for my family.

Superb All Around

My husband and I and our adult children loved this spacious condo. It was everything it said it was. Perfect in so many ways. The space is large with everything you need for a great get away. Beautiful furnishings, large balcony with a view. Great location and security! Super staff…restaurants and swim up bar. Our hosts were great at communicating with us. Enjoyable all around! Will highly recommend and hope to be back! Thank you !

Perfecto!

The property was amazing! Very dean and close to all the amenities. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the layout of the unit was perfect! The staff at the property were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely eat at La Casona- incredible food! Ask for Eduardo and Edgar as your waiters! The pool was perfect for relaxing during the day with a book, a cocktail and our favorite- the heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad with pesto sauce. The host was super communicative, generous and kind! It was perfect for our family and our Christmas vacation. We would definitely book again!

Perfect beach getaway

We loved the space, especially the large patio with beautiful ocean views. The pools are amazing, the staff all so friendly and helpful. We took taxis to Bucerias daily to get dinner at the delicious restaurants on the beach and went jet skiing, para-sailing and horseback riding right from the beach in front of the condo. Perfect!

We have lost count of the times we have stayed at Estancia! This was a second stay at Deno's unit which has some updates. The best feature is the removal of the A/B lockout. This allows access to both sides without exiting into the hall or onto the balcony. Deno, her property manager, and the staff at Estancia were exceptional.

Outstanding!

The place was beautiful! The entire family love the property and the staff was amazing. Can't wait to go back. The small store that was on neighboring property was very convenient and reasonably priced. For the adventurous, the bus stop is very close and we rode the bus into town for 18pesos. The town of Bucerias is a walk on the beach and takes about 20-30 minutes. The property is located at the end of Flamingos so it is very quiet. We were traveling with 3 young girls 21,22, and 16 so security was of my concern. The area is very safe. If you want an area that is safe for your entire family and the staff looks after all of you, this is your place. If you want a party place, stay elsewhere.

Amazing high-end Resort!

We had an absolute wonderful time at the Villa La Estancia Resort. Deno's condo, #1307 was beautiful and clean, just as advertised, and to the Estanica's exquisite standards. The entire staff could not have been more accommodating to our family. Whether at the pool, on the amazing beach, or in the restaurant, everyone was so kind and helpful! If you want a top notch resort with the nicest amenities (gym and spa was great, too!), you can't go wrong with with this resort or this unit! We will definitely be back to this property. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family!

A gorgeous villa at a beautiful property. Everything we could've asked for. Deno is wonderful and easy to work with. The decor of her villa is sophisticated and modern, the single door entry is a must for a family with young children. We will definitely be back again. I can't say enough good stuff about VLE and villa 1307.

Great resort, very helpful owner

Great resort and the perfect unit for families! We had 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant and everything was incredible! Everyone had enough space, the amenities we needed were in the room and we had an amazing time in the poool and at the beach. We would definitely return.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We stayed here from 12/26-1/3/2017. This may have been one of the busiest weeks/weekends of the season but we still had a great time. I'll break this review down by the actual rental and by the resort. The rental was as advertised but we were not sure what to expect when we reserved the 2 - bedroom option. These are 2 completely separate units. To pass between the two you either have to leave yours and use a key to get into the other or you can go out on the shared patio through the sliding glass doors (the patio is huge and even has a fridge and sink out there waiting for you). This layout was not a deal breaker in any way. Something to keep in mind is the balcony can not be closed off between the 2 units so if you don't rent both sides you might meet your neighbors out there. The main unit had an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining and living area. There is a door to the bedroom that separates the two areas. The 2nd unit is laid out more like a hotel room equipped with 2 beds, full bath with tub, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a great view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. The units are on the 3rd floor and there are multiple elevators. Both sides were clean and had everything we needed. The resort was equally beautiful. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Deno (the owner) made arrangements for us to be picked up at the airport (about 30-45 mins away) which we greatly appreciated. Since the rental is part of the resort, we were able to charge this to our room ahead of time. Taxi's are plentiful at the airport but expect to be swarmed by timeshare people. The resort is actually two resorts. Be sure to check both out. Our side was a little more laid back and quiet while the other side had your daily activities like beach volleyball and Zumba. There are 5 restaurants and you can charge all your meals to the room at both resorts. The prices were at or below what we expected which was also nice. Just like all resorts...get up early to get the best beach/pool side chair. Half the beach sitting area is reserved for "owners" - so chairs on the beach are in demand. We preferred to sit by the hot tubs. Still close to the pool/beach, and you still get the ocean view but without the beach vendors constantly trying to sell you "whatever you need". Taxis are very cheap so be sure to go exploring. No rental car needed.

Amazing Stay!!

I stayed with my family at the end of July and it was phenomenal. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing (a lot less crowded then most other hotels). There was someone always at the pool to help with food/drinks/towels. The condo was great, well decorated and fully equipped. It has a nice terrace, great A/C, washer/dryer, wifi and TV's in every room. Last but not least, the management was exceptional. Deno was very responsive and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend!

Home away from home - clean, luxurious, relaxing!

My wife and I stayed at Villa La Estancia (in Deno's Villa) recently and had the best vacation we've experienced in a long time. We wanted to travel without our young children and just relax. Our expectations were really high because we've known others who've stayed here and had wonderful things to say about this place. But our expectations were exceeded. We couldn't believe how welcome we felt by all of the staff. This place is very luxurious and yet feels comfortable, like home. From the first step into the lobby with the concierge, we really didn't have to lift a finger. There was always someone there to help carry our luggage, call a taxi, make a reservation at a restaurant and offer help with any questions we had. Since this was our first trip to VLE (and Nuevo Vallarta), we had lots of questions. We found our way around very easily. Our Villa was so luxurious and large. A full kitchen, laundry in the villa, huge master bedroom and master bathroom - the list goes on. We spent every morning enjoying the view of the ocean from our HUGE deck. This was a very clean and quiet resort. We were there in May, which I believe is an off season. The resort next door - the Flamingos - is related but Villa La Estancia is nicer and quieter. We could use all of the amenities next door at the Flamingos but we didn't need to because the amenities at Villa La Estancia were higher end. This place was truly a home away from home. They had great dining, great pools, beautiful sunsets and the kindest staff to help with anything you needed. We left feeling like we'd miss the staff because they took such good care of us. We can't wait to go back. Next time, we'll bring our kids!

I truly enjoy my work and my clients - who are like family to me. I love spending my free time at the Villa La Estancia (my home away from home), kiting, learning Spanish, and enjoying time with my friends and family.

Unit 1307 is a fantastic Villa with a great view overlooking the resort - pool, beach, and ocean. Gorgeous upgrades and high end finishes make this a serene retreat! This is one of the few Villas that was converted to one unit rather than a lock off (side A & B). Perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation.
