IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.
In the case of a cancellation, we will uphold the cancellation policy that was stated at the time of booking. Please note that the "Reservation fee" is our credit card processing fee. This fee is 100% non refundable as it is a hard cost.
Being surrounded by nature, such as a hillside location, can naturally result in an increased likelihood of encountering insects and wildlife, including spiders. We strive to maintain our properties to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, and our cleaning team is diligent in their efforts to keep any unwanted pests at bay. However, it is challenging to completely eliminate the presence of spiders in a location like ours.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items.
Pre Stocking - We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.
No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
No glassware is allowed near or around the pool and spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside.
Please do not send any mail or packages to the villa prior your arrival, or after your arrival. If you need to receive any letters or deliveries during your stay, you may send them to the address where you are staying. If you need to have something sent prior to your stay, you may send it to our office. We can deliver them to the property for you. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or unretrieved mail or packages.
Check-In:
We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Our early check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out:
Our check-out time is 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
Pool heating fee is $150 per day. This home is on Propane and you can not run the pool, fireplaces, stoves, BBQ and all at the same time as it will drain the tank and it could be difficult to to have the tank refilled. The pool can not be heated more than 85 degrees. The hot tub can be heated up to 103 degrees. Both can not be on at the same time.
This home is run on propane which means we do not have a continuous supply line from the gas company. There is finite amount of a propane in a tank that is stored at the property. If you overuse appliances that utilize gas the propane tank will be depleted within 2/3 days. We ask that you are mindful of this and do not run the pool heater, fireplaces, BBQ and other gas appliances for prolonged periods of times. The Propane company will receive an alert when the tan reaches 30% and will be dispatched to come to the property within 24 to 48 hours. Holidays and weekends may affect these hours.

You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We are in a high brush fire zone. In effort to prevent wildfires the state can turn utilities on and off intermittently. Stay Awhile will not offer any refunds in this case.
During COVID-19 we increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless if the my were used or not - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and above and beyond what the CDC recommends.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
