Kihei er kendt for sit solskin året rundt, svage passatvind og beroligende aftenluft. Det er et af de tørreste og mest solrige områder på hele øen, i gennemsnit kun 10 tommer om året! Verdensberømte badestrande og snorkling ligger få minutter væk på en af de mange sandstrande, sikre strande ved Kihei og det nærliggende Wailea. First glance the building looks a little outdated. It doesn't matter. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you need and much more. Close to shopping, restaurants. The grounds were meticulously kept, the pool was the major highlight for me with long hours and lap swim dedicated for an hour in the morning. I will stay here again upon returning!

Thin walls though, we could hear people on the same floor clearly. Hot tub was also shut down 3 days before we left which was a bummer. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in need of an upgrade!! Most of the tiles in the kitchen floor are cracked or broken.The cupboard doors don't close properly and the unit is poorly is lacking many small kitchen items like bowls larger than a cereal bowl, only 2 steak knives, no scissors or measuring spoons and more. We ended up purchasing a few things like a vegetable scraper that we left in the unit. The unit was relatively clean for what they had to work with. We are happy with the service that Carrie(Resort Marketing) has provided us over the years but found the front desk personnel to be unhelpful and even rude. Ed from Maintenance has been very good in responding to maintenance issues.
